Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
that is it mate, there are so many gambling site that has not asking for KYC( though depend in situation because most of them are asking KYC once you need to withdraw big amount lol)

In roobet it has been proven to be safe and your funds is secure, I have been playing for years in roobet and never that i encounter even a small problem .
I can agree with that, I never had any problems and you rarely hear about problems with withdrawals or similar from the community.

I also think that KYC will soon no longer be the exception but the rule. Exchanges in particular are starting to want to know more and more where the coins come from. If the deposit comes from a casino, for example, or if the coins demonstrably come from gambling activities, then it already happens that exchanges do not allow the deposits.
for this gambling site operating here for years now and also having their events and advertising here and there?
the only issue they face is that about KYC and some isolated cases that some are legit and some are from those gambling site attackers that wanted to bring roobet down.
but over those years? the site stays strong and supported by bitcointalk community and gambling fanatics .

As it can be seen from the image they are addressing Ontario players which means they already have players from there who are enjoying their time over there so it's all available in there information page.
And the fact that Roobet addresses the regulation compliance over there should give assurance to the community, we can say that it means that Roobet will follow any regulation that is needed. If some users didn't comfortable passing the KYC level 1 which is required on here, well, unfortunately, they simply shouldn't play on here or try to figure the other way around.
This KYC Level 1 has been the issue since the change started, and I guess if you really not ok with this then go for other site since Roobet are just complying with the regulatory requirements, and for them to give quality service they should really be good on implementing this rules. Roobet is still secured anyway, so if you are worry about your personal details then I believe you should not worry that much.
Yes its simple, if you dont want to comply you're free to look for other casinos that doesnt require a kyc verification even you're just an average gambler.

However for those who opted to switch to other casino, you cant experience playing on Roobet that is secure and trusted by many, in short less worries. Because its important to choose a casino with good reputation and thats what you can expect for playing in site like Roobet.

It’s obvious that Canadians (or in any not allowed nation) are not suppose to gamble here, which means that you should stay away and find a place that accept it. Forcing your way into this place as a Canadian opens the doors for Roobet to end up banning you and in that case you wouldn't be happy about the situation.
What is more obvious is that you are obviously wrong. According to the term of service, there is no single word that prohibits Canada to play on Roobet. The only thing that users from Canada couldn't do is to play some specific slots game which the snippet of the TnC already mentioned above and also already addressed by @Apocollapse.
Yeah I also said the same thing above that there are only few playing restrictions to the Canadian players but they can still play over the available games on Roobet. As it can be seen from the image they are addressing Ontario players which means they already have players from there who are enjoying their time over there so it's all available in there information page.
That is what I am talking about, I am sorry if it was understood as the whole website, I did not mean that way. I meant that people who wanted to play the games that are not allowed for them who end up doing VPN to illegally play there anyway.

This wasn't even just directed at Canadians, it was just "if there is a limitation for where you are, do not use VPN to bypass that rule" and a general stuff. I am sorry to misinform anyone who understood me wrong or thought that Canadians in general can't play here. It is just that there are some nations who are banned completely, and some partially, and you should not use VPN to bypass that, that's my point.

The information needed for Level 1 KYC isnt something that someone could really bother on and in fact there are people who do make use of fake details which could solved out the problem

Im one of those people that submitted fake details for the lvl 1 KYC Roll Eyes. Do not attempt to try this for anyone reading this, I mainly play with small amount of money in Roobet therefore I know that there wont be any problem regarding my account whenever I want to withdraw. I used to use my real identity for the lvl 1 KYC but I tried to change it before and Roobet wasnt even asking further verification about that so yeah staying anon with the fake details for now

Well these are tips that are good to know, I have never left false data on Robobet or on any other platform, I have always thought that it can pass some KYC tests, but if the KYC is detected and it is for a very large withdrawal and if it is not can you get more data? how could it be done like this? because telling the truth that false information was given is an option, and I think there could be a penalty for that, I don't know how strict a casino can be in a case like that, but the case can be presented, right? I'm really a bit scared in that sense, although I really like privacy and anonymity, but there are cases where it's almost impossible to maintain it.

I do much prefer on having internal exchange so that we would be having further options to make.
I agree. I prefer internal exchanges too in crypto gambling sites since I don't like going through all the hoops in order to minimise fees.

However, I don't really mind if internal exchanges aren't present in crypto gambling sites these days primarily because of the negligible BTC TX fees and fast TX times these days which hasn't changed despite its extreme volatility.
Most casinos avoid the internal exchange feature to ease the money laundering issues and the withdrawal fees are not too huge for a common gambler and also the waiting time is about minutes to few hours generally so they get better convenience while playing in cryptocurrency casino for that the few bucks can be worth it in my opinion.
Dont know on why there are people who do really complain that much when it comes to fees which are only worth a few bucks into its highest and cents if low.
Confirmation times would vary on the network but most of the times deposits do take 1 confirmation to credit and withdrawals are instant most of the time of casinos existing nowadays.
Just as i said earlier that internal exchange is a good ad up but wont really be that necessary because we know on when it would really be that relevant but  since the market
is just doing find then i dont see for it to be that relevant.

If they are worried about money laundering; they could install a wagering requirement of like 1x (as some other casinos do). I like an internal exchange but it is mainly handy in sites that offer a lot of coins. Roobet has only 3 so it is probably not so interesting for them.

Money lauders can also do a 3x wagering and then withdraw the money for the purpose of money laundering or do you say that no one can successfully complete the 3x wagering requirement and they will lose all their funds in this process:Smiley

By the way, I don't think money laundering is done via gambling sites because usually, the gambling sites ask for KYC for suspicious transactions.

For this kind of issues it will not be solve by only wager requirement since most provably will just burn some amount just to make their deposited money legit so this will just continue the scheme they do and the only solution really for this which has been I think implemented by several casino are this KYC procedures ask to their costumers. And no launderer will do this on the casino which their identity can be expose.

Also there are cases before that launderers use casino to this scheme and check this article because this is the method mostly use by them https://www.cognyte.com/blog/anti-money-laundering-cryptocurrency/

Hello,
Can someone tell me if Canadian players can play here, and if a kyc is still required?
If you're able to access Roobet's website with your original Canadian IP address then most likely that you can olay there. Moreover, Canada is not listed on banned-country list.
Also, if I remember it correctly, I tried using Canadian IP through VPN before, and I was able to play (not sure about it though).
To what i think is that there are some games restrictions to the Canadian players who want to play on Roobet but not sure about this and have to check but still you can bypass it through VPN usage but make so sure you do it properly but if limited play games that are available to you and find some fun in them only.
VPN is a fickle thing. You could do one thing and end with another problem and that is not how we should approach these things. This is my personal view, maybe I just too much of a coward to let my money in a place that doesn't allow me, but why take a risk like that when I could find other places that would be willingly taking my money and not offer any trouble?
In most common way we should avoid using VPN as it has some issues and if casino finds out suspicious events from our account and they come to know we are playing from restricted area then it's direct violation of the rules and as per terms the account can be freezed so players must abide by the rule but we all know how much it's used to bypass restrictions.

I don't think we could come back again in it, time moves on and people want faster confirmations these days. Besides if people could maximize the use of lightning network, I bet they'll be in awe on how it works and how cheap it was. I guess casinos should revolutionized that feature on their own, cheaper fees means more attracted players.
