Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Hello,
Can someone tell me if Canadian players can play here, and if a kyc is still required?
Canadian players are allowed to play since it's not included on prohibited countries and KYC level 1 is a must on Roobet, without that you can't withdraw your coins. They only restrict a game in several country including Canada, the other games should be fine. If your local ISP block Roobet site, then you need to use VPN and you have to complete the whole KYC requirements (probably the level 3)
For @Flagship11 should be aware that KYC on roobet with level 1 is as basic information so it's a must that roobet has been implemented for a long time but that's fine I've also been on roobet for a long time and without any problems.
If you use a VPN, you have to know the risks that you will face, then reconsider but what I believe is trying to roobet using a VPN is fine but I never recommend it.
Better to play normal and some games are available.

I do much prefer on having internal exchange so that we would be having further options to make.
I agree. I prefer internal exchanges too in crypto gambling sites since I don't like going through all the hoops in order to minimise fees.

However, I don't really mind if internal exchanges aren't present in crypto gambling sites these days primarily because of the negligible BTC TX fees and fast TX times these days which hasn't changed despite its extreme volatility.
Yeap,it's been already a while where bitcoins fees and network condition was just fine on where fast confirmation and cheap fees could really still be seen that's why I don't see for someone to have that complaints. Its really just depending on someone's preference yet people would always have to say into something whenever they do see that they don't like or not preferred.

Vave.com - Crypto Casino

Marketing indeed plays a big role in the success of the gambling business and  Roobet also know this as they always come up with different competition and contest in the best interest of the company and the gamblers. Roobet is leading the way in marketing and other casino can also follow them.

Many casino put in a lot of effort and money to market their website but they all have their own focus. Roobet does marketing in the form of art contests on this forum (and other competitions on the site), while other casino do more marketing on Twitter with giveaways, ... I need to admit that I miss that the competitions that Roobet was doing on this forum in the form of "guess the correct slot" or "guess the right wager".
I also miss these contests (guess the slot and guess the total wagers), its fun and easy to join. I wonder why they stop it, I hope they resume these contests because it is one of those I always follow. Anyway, Roobet is really good when it comes to marketing, thats why the result is undeniably positive for their casino.
The modo buzz is supposed to be here all the time, but it hasn't been seen for a long time, but it was fun to see some of the winners participating here as small but good prizes, but if it's very close here, that's all.  But guess what, it is very important to increase the win to join here, but the team will have to enjoy the current district of the campaign from here and hopefully will come back with it very soon.

I find 3 options quite low in fact, especially when you compare to a lot of other casinos. While the fees for BTC and ETH are quite low these days, that has been different a lot of times so it would be nice if they add options like TRX (very low fees). They don't allow fiat currencies as deposit nor withdrawal (crypto only).
This is a very subjective topic. Majority including me have no issues with just a couple of payment methods as long as they are popular ones with zero deposit and minimal withdrawal fees based on what I observed.

On the other hand, the minority require many payment methods for various reasons. This reasoning applies to literally every crypto gambling site out there.
Don't know on why people do really mind off that much about fee differences which  you could definitely able to see the difference isn't that much but there are casinos out there which do really have high withdrawal fees aside from network fees which they do add up something which it normal for people to have some complaints and this is where altcoin do plays it's role and I do much prefer on having internal exchange so that we would be having further options to make.

.../Q/:::.
Only few popular cryptocurrencies are available when it comes to withdrawal.

On the other hand, Roobet accepts deposits using FIAT currencies through Card and AstroPay.
You can always check it to your cashier/deposit button, then scroll down. You'll find it.

Hi, @asyakashi  that symbol you mention must be the roobet logo Wink

Add that the minimum withdrawal is 10 and the deposit is $1(crypto) on the other hand there are three types of fees that are shown in "$$"

Take into account your place of residence before making a deposit, I say this because if that deposit information is available and you do not see it, you may be missing some restrictions that are mentioned in the Tos.

The website is very friendly, very easy to register because you can get access when registering without being asked for an email confirmation, but I think this website only has a few coins to deposit, there are only 3 options even though I believe this website has been around for a long time. But in my betting history I see a logo other than crypto like dollar, but that's no place to deposit with USDT, then what coin is that? is this USD money from bank deposit?
3 options that they provided are more than enough considering the fact that they are all popular cryptocurrencies and their TX times and fees are quite low these days.

USDT isn't available as a payment method based on what I observed. Am not sure if they allow FIAT currencies like USD for deposits and withdrawals which is why it's best to clarify with their customer support on their site itself.

Not your keys, not your coins!
This is true for every single website. Of course, there are some systems put in place to make sure that you are getting good security, but if you end up giving your information to someone else for example, they could still log-in. So, you need to make sure that you are doing the right thing and always keeping it secure.
You are the one is responsible to keep your capital safely. The first and the last person should be responsible for it. Exchanges, gambling sites whatever platform should not be your last resort to keep your money safely. You can trust them but you should not put your capital safety in hands of others, on any platform.

I have seen plenty of people who sent their money to others because "they could double it" and I have seen all of those people taking the money and leaving. So, there is nothing wrong with the roobet security system, but even with the greatest system ever, even if you put your money in the most advanced vault humans ever created, if you ended up taking it out and giving it to someone else yourself, then there is nothing the system can do for you.
It is because they have bad capital and risk management. If a person only think of profit and huge profit, in the end it is very likely the person will end with loss or bankruptcy. Not a happy ending in my opinion.

Nobody want to have loss in investment, trading, gambling but it is part of a game and you should afford for loss.

The safety of your account is made up of Roobet security system and your account protection. If you can not keep your account information safely, Roobet will hardly to save you. Exchanges can not protect you even they have detection on suspicious activities. Sometimes their protection works, sometimes does not work perfectly as expected by design.

Therefore, you as a user are the one will have to protect your account and money first and in the end.

So are you facing any issue with password and logging into Roobet ?
Roobet is one of my favorite gambling platform and i often play there along with few other gambling sites.

Yes only the first time I login after a few months of leaving this site I just found out this is their attempt to keep user accounts safe.

I suspect this will happen if we don't log in for some time to ensure that we are the owner of the account security code will be sent to email.

If we don't enable 2FA, this will be very helpful hackers are not easy to take over accounts.

It's especially important if your account has already gone through KYC. Because as casinos in the internet become better in detecting fake identity/information details and fraud, the value of accounts that are validated with real ID/information details behind it go up. I believe there's a growing black market/dark market for hacked accounts with KYC, which should make your casino do extra measures to secure it.
If you are fine with the KYC norms then you should be submitting the original documents because there are two sided problems with fake ones like if the casino detects something suspicious they will freeze your account and deny you of any withdrawal and secondary what if that person denies you of your winnings? So if you are not comfortable with KYC simple is choose some other casino that don't ask for it.

Roobet is one of the most trusted gambling platforms and they usually as a verification code to the user which is received through the emails and i guess its a good enough security too if you are not too much play but if you want to keep your funds safe, i do mostly contact the support if really needed but for sure if the problem is too much suspicious they will require now a KYC verification.

The information needed for Level 1 KYC isnt something that someone could really bother on and in fact there are people who do make use of fake details which could solved out the problem

Im one of those people that submitted fake details for the lvl 1 KYC Roll Eyes. Do not attempt to try this for anyone reading this, I mainly play with small amount of money in Roobet therefore I know that there wont be any problem regarding my account whenever I want to withdraw. I used to use my real identity for the lvl 1 KYC but I tried to change it before and Roobet wasnt even asking further verification about that so yeah staying anon with the fake details for now
And with small gamblers there is no risk with level 1 KYC also as there is no much documentation and you can play with ease but still people who fake out these can land into serious troubles with their funds being blocked if the casino found something suspicious with them so better play with rules or have other options as there are many.

The fake one is the worst thing you could do as a gambler. I keep saying that if you are doing anything that is risky in any casino, you will be found out eventually one day or another. There is no scenario you could continue gamble without any issue with a fake KYC, nor any other rule breaking neither.

Anyone who breaks rules, are just people who are looking for trouble that will come to you. Just because you may not be caught in the first few weeks or even months, doesn't mean that you will never be caught. Hence the best thing is to follow the rules to the dot and always be there, it would make it a lot better for everyone involved and you will be protecting your money better.
