Almost 7 dollars for the slow withdrawal... shouldn't they be reduced by now? Even other sites don't charge higher than a few bucks.
Sometimes it is kind of a waiting game in order to withdraw your funds in the most reasonable transaction fee that you can based on the data presented on the mempool and its relationship with the current hashrate and difficulty.

And I think you don't have any choice to either withdraw your funds now that you are not comfortable with or just wait until the difficulty has been adjusted in the next few days and the mempool gets cleared.

There's no other option if you want to avoid paying that amount, you have to wait for adjustments to get your money or else you'll going to accept paying that amount to withdraw your funds.
In terms of adjustments, it will be review by the team and if they'll the needs of working it out surely they'll going to listen with the gamblers who see this adjustment will favor both ends.

Knowing Roobet there's always room if there's a need for it.

At very beginning I have thought that Roobet withdrawal fees was buggy so I ignored. However, nowadays the regular withdrawal fees around $6-7 with low priority that's heavy to all those small account holders. Suppose you would like to withdraw $10 however you will just get $3  Tongue
It all depends upon on the transactions fees over the blockchain network for eth and bitcoin and the prices are fluctuating each time.If you pay small fees your withdrawal will be postponed and high fees have High chances of confirmation. The fees are high for btc and ETH that's why many choose LTC as withdrawal option.Network congestion is main issue these days for many gamblers and small withdrawal always cause profit reduction in high margins but we can't do anything about it.

So it is always a 1:1 ratio? 1 device per 1 account?

What if for example I only have 1 Roobet account that is created on a computer desktop that is mine and I logged it in into multiple devices let's say for 2 devices both computer desktop that is mine and the other from my friend. Will there be any violation of the TOS if my friend decides to create his Roobet account? Assuming that we have different assigned IP address.
I think multiple devices can be used with only one account because sometimes I log in on the laptop when I can't use my smartphone to play games before.  In case your friend also creates his or her account on the device you've already used, it's best to let the support team know first.
Multiple devices for one account is fine, I have done it for a while and never had a problem, but multiple accounts on one device is the biggest problem. Even if you have your own account and you play on your desktop and then you go to your friends house who gambles on his computer, then you log off your friends account or not even have to, play on his IP with your mobile, that is going to be a problem. I thankfully do not do that, I just focus on playing at my own desktop and nobody else gambles here at all.

Even my wife plays on the same account so we do not risk it, she likes to gamble as well and we gamble at separate times (or separate places) on the same account, two people having one account is not a problem since they wouldn't know who is playing but KYC is a bit of an issue in that case but since it is my wife, I am still fine because I would be willing to accept anything like that. Best course of action is one ip = one device = one account.

Just now? but why does in my withdrawal yesterday for 200$ cost me only 1.35$ to withdraw?

and i believe that the network dictates the withdrawal mate.

though months ago i really hates withdrawing because of really Huge amount of fee, costing me almost 30$ to withdraw 100$.

It was roughly 16 hours ago. I withdrew $16.70 as the fee was scheduled at $6.65.

You guys are right but sometimes this mempool fee thingy can be confusing tbh. Today the slow withdraw fee on FBC (faucet) is less than a dollar.

Some exchanges ask us $50 as withdrawal fee and they didn't change their withdrawal fee even the price reached its new all time high. Most of the casinos are based on static withdrawal system so they don't change their fee too often but the Mempool congestion keep changing every day and every hour even every minute.

Most of gambling sites doesnt really prohibit out multiple accounts a long you dont abuse bonuses and perks because i do really have a habit on making new account everytime i do bust up the balance that i do have on a particular gambling site and i dont experience any problems for any lock ups.
They are have restricted rules for multi-accounting but usually they only use the ban hammers after multi-accounting users abuse their promotions, deposit bonuses, have similar bet style, win big, etc.

I think casinos detect multi-accounts at the registration time or shortly after that but they need to collect enough data before they use ban hammer. Only IP address or device information can not be enough. It can cause inaccurate ban on innocent users if they overuse their ban hammers.

also there's a possibility to lock your account if you have a multiple account on Roobet using one device, that could be one terms of Roobet.  Please see below for the possible reason, better to communicate with Roobet now.

I think so because if you are going to create with multiple account using one device, this is prohibited as far as I know since some gambling site have the same sure, not really sure with Roobet and that’s my understanding about their ToS. If I’m going to gamble, I’ll not use any device aside from my personal device, that’s too risky mate.

Not aware with Roobet though since they had implemented out KYC i had skipped out on playing on this place but im still thankful to be part of their
marketing.  Cool

I am one of those who play just for fun and entertainment and it actually works very easily:

You set yourself a monthly budget that you want to spend on gambling, for example $50. If you win, the budget increases (or is used up less quickly). If there is still money in the account at the beginning of the new month, I either increase it to 50$ or if it is even more, there are no deposits (but this is rather rare). If my account is empty, there are no more deposits until the next month and I don't play anymore. 50$ is actually enough for a long time if you don't have an unbelievable streak of bad luck at the beginning of the month. That happens, but of course very very rarely.

I've been doing this for some time now and have to say that the profits and losses are more or less in balance. In any case, you don't run the risk of becoming addicted or losing sight of what gambling is supposed to be: a way to be entertained.
I do exactly the same thing! I can't believe there are more of us! I really do not care if I end up winning or losing that much, I do care about it in the sense that emotionally I like winning more as much as anyone else and that makes sense, however I do not care about it in financial sense because at the end of the day it is not providing any profit to me, so far in my entire gambling life I have withdraw my winnings just once and that was in a fiat poker game that was in real life Cheesy.

I just won a good amount on a tournament and there was no way to keep that going so I just took the winnings of the tournament which was just $250, not like a huge amount. Aside from that whatever I have ever earned from roobet, went back to roobet, I only deposited and never withdrawn from this place ever. Which is why I feel like gambling for fun was just destroyed with this KYC thing.

-snip-
Certainly not, I also use Roobet from multiple devices from different IP addresses. I think this sentence is more about the fact that a legal person can only have one account and that this is verified, for example, via the IP address with which the account is created.

@OP
Multi-Accounting was already very often a topic here in the forum and can lead to the fact that the casino blocks you if you want to perform a withdrawal (and often freezes the funds, too). So I would refrain from it in your place!

My new account is locked, anyone got the same issue as mine?

any probable reason for locking?
So you got any mails from the support team stating the reason for which you account have been locked? There are many possible reasons to this like if you have found guilty of alt account, violating any terms if the casino, not fulfilled KYC documents or any other. If you have not received any mail then please try to contact the support team yourself ASAP and they will create a ticket for your complaint which will be resolved if any technical issue is there but if any other then it will not be unlocked.

As per ToS, it's a must to inform them the support so you won't experience any problem since there's a chance that your account will be locked and for sure a higher level of KYC will be asked. For safety measure, ask your friend not to gamble on Roobet without informing you first. Same IP address might be an issue but if you'e gambling with your family, I guess there's no problem with that since KYC is already with Roobet, it's still better to ask the support.

No i don't think this can be the reason mate because i have been using my account in multiple device . i use my Laptop and ipad when i am at home to play or be part in some event.
and when I'm in office or outside the places then i only use my Iphone in which also logged in my roobet account but up to now there's no other issue than the KYC recently that i already complied .

You should made it clear if your account was literally Newly Created or this was a secondary account in which I think if does will be the reason for your blocking because of the tightening rules and implementation from roobet company .
but if you are just a newly site member then this is another issue that must be answered .
