I logged in to my account after a while and was greeted with level 1 verification. What would happen to my deposited funds if I don't complete that? Forfeited?

It's really amazing to see that Roobet has achieved this milestone within 2 years of time span.Congratulations to them for this and they have became a common and popular name among crypto casinos. They have been actively participating on this forum like running signature campaign from past year under the successful management of @Hhampuz with new contests being launched frequently. At this time they have Space theme art contest running in which I am very much excited to participate and happy with prize pool aslo. They are ready to set new benchmark this year also. They have witnessed great increase in player ratio on their official site with thousands of games sponsered by other sites also.

Congrats Roobet!

Hitting up this milestone in a short span of time is truly remarkable even though they had some current issues about KYC but still stood strong and there are still lots of people whom do play on the site
which is great and does signify that they are still solid users of this casino.

This is only a short time because reaching out those numbers is something that you cant see commonly on this market.

well ive been playing roobet for awhile, and recently started to play on a different site, and was suprised by bonuses and reloads when ranking up. so i was looking at roobets vip club and couldnt get any more information, felt like they just want you to keep wagering thinking that one day they will invite you, when talking to live support about it. most vip i talked with said after 1m wagering, but that wasnt the case. others said you need to deposit at least a total of $50k on the site, others say your wager per bet should be high.
Well Talking about VIP it was written in their TOS and the management don't need to explain that to you because it is your obligation to understand the terms of each company gambling that you are dealing with.

What you wanted is just to make conversation and what's next? you will ask for favor like what your RED TAGS says? asking for no collateral loans again and again?

you have just prove that you are a typical gambler that cannot sustain his addiction .

Yes. I don't think that you need to contact them for yout to be able to join the Roobet's VIP club. When your account is eligible for it, your personal manager will contact you. It is stated on their site, try exploring their site. Read this one : https://roobet.com/vip

No, I'm not sure they do that because currently KYC is only a formality IMO, I say that because there is no inspection, no analysis all customer data is approved even though they don't know if it's real or fake, they just want to make a report that their customer has implemented KYC
Even so, better for the member should be used the real name same as an ID card. If something happens in the future, the user can think to continue it or bypassing the step KYC without worrying.

Of course, if you want to do KYC you have to use your real name on your ID, because a system like this applies the original name of the rules that have been regulated, I just want to be safe in the future without any worries even though this is still a controversy.
Will this regulation be very important in the future?
When you want to play on roobet, you have to do KYC, otherwise it won't be a problem with your original name, I think it won't be a big problem, meaning that there is no serious examination.
I wonder if there is any chance that we can edit that level 1 kyc that we filled up.  I hope that it is possible, given that, assuming, there are bunch of accounts that didn't used their real identity for level 1 kyc.
I doubt it is possible to change, it will be permanently there until you can show an efficient "excuse" and the support team lets you change small details(date of birth or address). In the case of fake KYC details, no way they will let you change your name or surname with the new one, IMHO.

If you have a roobet account and you have passed the KYC level 1, you can check yourself whether you can change your personal information or not. In fact, it is possible to change your personal information on the KYC level 1. I think it is because roobet give a chance for players if there is something wrong with the data so players are allowed to change it especially if the players want to go for the next KYC level. It is to make sure that there will be no data differences in level 1 and level 2.

So better to be safe than sorry in such strict cases, I prefer to use my own KYC data than using fake details. For small amount it shouldn't be a problem but it can cause more trouble in case of having a huge withdrawal request. Maybe Roobet casino representative can clear this question up.

Yes we are able to edit them, if I remember correctly arallmuus already mentioned it earlier and tried it by himself (includes me). That's why some people above recommend filling up the level 1 KYC form with the real identity to avoid any further issues later.

By any chance, there's an ongoing Twitter challenge by Roobet for everyone who already accepts their new terms and willing to push your luck again  Grin

It is not and yet people keep complaining like its a huge deal or something. Its literally simple, take it or leave it. KYC isnt new in the crypto space because Im pretty sure most people registered an account on some exchanges, those exchanges require you to submit your KYC as well so whats the big deal with completing level 1 KYC on Roobet

Well, you have a point and that is not a big deal for me to continue my gambling activity on the said casino. Just basic information and I think everyone can provide if they want to, they even have social media accounts where they seem to be trusted downloading images and photos on the site, and why all you guys worried about the basic KYC level of verification. By the way --it been too long to discuss this issue and it takes how many pages with almost the same thought and perhaps, this is the right time to stop talking about KYC, let us talk about the new games.
Been telling this since in last pages that why would people are really that too mindful about this kyc changes? If they dont like it then just leave.
Telling people "just don't play" is not a solution, it is not even advice because people who will not play will just stop playing anyway that is not the problem, people who do not play and who do not care to play will leave, it is easy. However what about people who do not want to give their KYC but love playing here? They are in a dilemma right now, if they give their ID that means they will be doing something they do not want to do, but if they do not give their ID that means they are not going to be able to play at a place they love playing.

I stopped gambling here after the KYC thing, however I also loved playing here, I mean this place is one of the best casinos I played and the design is so awesome and it is so cute, basically I want to gamble here every day (I am not rich so roobet may not care about me) and yet I can't because of KYC, what should those people do? That is the discussion, if I could simply leave, I would, well I will but I am not happy about leaving neither.

In this situation there is no other options except accept the new terms and you can continue to play or stop playing if you cant accept the new terms.
Do you have any solutions for those who are in a dilemma like you except "take it or leave it"?
AFAIK you can simply pass the KYC level 1 and you can continue playing <--It is the best solution if you are not happy to leave.
Perhaps you may suggest an exception or give a limit for players who must do the KYC, but I do think that it wont be able to implement if it is related to regulation.

Obviously it is 100% fact that if you are a big whale that gambles you will want KYC, it is not even being "do not mind KYC" unlike us, it is literally wanting KYC because they are gambling so much.
From my knowledge, a whale who gambles a lot will never want to play on KYC required sites that is why you can see high wagering players on such websites so you understood it wrong why this casino added KYC because their license needing them now or else they can't operate it.
That is not the reason just so you know... They said Roobet is now currently regulated by a government, that is why they implemented a mandatory "low level" KYC to all Roobet accounts.
Actually gambling is a big industry and roobet one of the most well known in crypto space. Roobet.com is authorized and regulated by the Government of Curacao to make online gaming activities easily. I guess they will soon implement high level KYC as it's most fast growing crypto casino.
