Well, we always talk about how people with small amount of coins have a "chance" to win, and that is correct because even one ticket has a chance to win the big prize, that's how lottery works and that fact is true, but these people with a lot of tickets obviously have bigger chance, everyone has a chance but some have bigger.

That is why I am not shocked that people gambled a lot and won the lottery thanks to that, leaving "9 out of 10 is above 1k" aside, we have "6 out of 10 above 10k" as well, that looks like a much bigger deal if you ask me, 1k and 10k is a HUUUGE difference, like literally 10x bigger gambling required for that, which is why I think 6 out of 10 being above 10k is insane, those are some huge whales that gambled here and won those prizes. Obviously people who have that much tickets would end up winning something for it as well.

Where did you get the information of this number (27)?
AFAIK there was a winner with 4 tickets on the 25k Mega Roulette raffle and there was no winner with 27 tickets on that raffle.
There were 3 winners with low number of tickets including the one with 4 tickets only and the other 2 with less than 300 tickets.

Generally speaking higher wager = higher number of tickets = higher chance to win so yeah its pretty normal there

Probably but the real entertainment from this 'exposed' streamer is his scream and total excitement when he wins. On some occasions he does silly stuff like throwing his chair away when he wins so it was pure entertainment even if it was a sponsored funds but it doesnt really matter does it

Quick solution: Send around $14 to legit paid accelerator service and they will gladly accelerate any transaction even with 1 sat/byte. Roobet shouldn't be blamed here, just confirm that transaction with possible methods and you are good to go. If support said they have nothing to do, they can't give the winnings unless all incoming transactions are confirmed. Btw, you can use the "child pays parent" method for acceleration transaction manually if your friend still has access to old wallet.

I would gladly do this any suggestions? Only one I know is viabtc but they have no record of the transaction

I have some experience using RBF on Roobet because my transaction is not confirmed and decided to raise the fee to make my transaction more faster to getting confirmation. You don't need to worry, just explained to the Support Roobet because of RBF my oldest transaction still getting attach on my Roobet account and makes me can't withdrawal. I explained about RBF, and yeah they only need to remove the first transaction and the problem is done.

I was thinking the same thing as well, when there is a 2 dollar transaction, it may clog it and not make you move but if you reach someone they will help you ignore that, but the reality is that they rarely ever close your withdrawal because of that, your deposit and withdrawal are not connected to each other, I have to be honest and say that I never deposited and withdrawn at the same time, that seems like something rarely anyone would ever do, so maybe it would be to prevent that some money is coming your way and you are trying to withdraw it even before it comes?
