@AB de Royse777 I have a humble suggestion (more of a concern regarding fair play). In my humble opinion, many players are creating duplicate accounts and dumping chips into their original account for which they provided POA. I have strong reasons to believe so. Even if I am wrong, why leave such a possibility open? It is better to enroll only those who satisfy the condition of POA.
To be honest many people do not know how to do this POA that's why we are only counting the users to give reward who do the POA. Have in mind the DGbet wants crowd too. I think it's something we need to have in mind that abusers will abuse always. But only the genuine player will get the top place. We have seen it in all tourney so far.
I understand that DGbet is not a poker platform (at least not now
),
but as a gambling platform, I am sure they will be quite serious about fairness in the games they are sponsoring. Have you talked to them about this issue? Or is it your own judgment? (Sorry if this sounds rude, but it is important to me.)Let me assure you that those who are making multiple accounts are of no use in any sense for marketing purposes. I cannot believe that someone who won even a dollar does not care about how to redeem it, especially if they are devoting time and focus. So the argument that lots of people do not know how to post POA is worthless because sincere winners will always ask for it. And if someone is so naïve, how can they place bets on DGbet, which requires an even more complex process?
I know very well that many members here do not care about winnings, like @BitcoinGirl.Club, and I admire them for their love and support of an initiative started by another reputed member like yourself. But I am talking about people who are abusing it deliberately and jeopardizing honest members' chances to win or have fair fun.
Regarding the argument that better players will win, yes, you are right, but that does not mean that we should facilitate abusers/cheaters with 5-6 times the starting stack. It will be very, very difficult to play against an infinite stack (who has no pressure). I mean, how many all-ins are you going to win?
I urge you to reconsider your decision as nothing good will come out of it.
