What you can tell me is how you guarantee your deposits in any meaningful way. Otherwise you will lose at least one potential depositor.
As it stands, your "guarantee" is wholly misleading (except that you're not misleading anyone on this forum).

Your intentions may be good but if you expect people to invest thousands of dollars in you without even supplying a name / photo / some sort of identification while having such a recent join date then that's just not going to happen. Your short term success in attracting (big) depositors will be an uphill battle IMHO as people will just gamble their money with Pirate for the same risks at a much higher yield.

If for some reason I see in the future that I can not take any additional deposits because of risk then I will not, meaning I will not take what I can not handle. I'm not sure this claim is valid unless you match your deposits in an escrow.
You can't guarantee yourself against your own default unless you have an escrow.
