hey what is happening in this site my balance was gone and it is showing withdrawn i didn't made any withdrawn...while i was trying it said hot wallet empty but eventhough i was try to withdraw very small amount only but now the balance was gone and it is been withdrawn...is this fake or what??? how it can be withdrawn does this site owner taking our coins without our permission is it a cheating site?Huh I need proper reason admin....

maybe someone is stealing the coins. i experienced that in betking. maybe you should update your  security

Just to give you heads up on this matter, there was an update on monero which cause our server to reject the transaction. I didn't notice this because this only happen to some transaction and our monero server was running smoothly.

I deeply apologize for the matter and my delay in resolving this issue.

I have manually confirm your transaction. Your coin will arrive as soon as our server gets updated, I'll also put some more coin to your account as a compensation for your trouble.

I used this site for months, every time I would deposit I would just sit on safedice refreshing waiting for the confirm and would note the "incoming deposits:" pop up.

A day after winning 200 I deposit roughly 250, and start refreshing (I don't know why they even bring up malware when I said it's a secure debian box...stupid asshole) and the deposit never shows up in incoming, and I triple checked the wallet address.  The bitcoin shows up in the bitcoin wallet https://blockexplorer.com/address/1Ci2XgF9vbuj2MMt26KtgxSQg9wUFdUMWh and has +20  confirms and the dice site not recognizing balance, or even showed me an incoming pending balance.

I submit a ticket and 20 mins later there was a withdrawal for the full amount from that very same wallet.

So do I think this guy ripped me off? yes.
Do I have some way to explaining how it was a good decision if he could just make 1000s off running the site properly?  No.
Am I going to stop smearing their name everywhere over .147?  No.

My lawyer looked at all of this, and said to reverse the transaction from coinbase, and let them deal with safedice, for that was the last successful transaction.  However I'm not done, It's the principal

I'm sorry for what happened to you, but do you even try to understand my explanation? Do you even try to find a solution that can make any sense?

It seems that you are the one who like to accuse someone without putting yourself in their shoes. Is that your principal?

Isee this gambling site having an issue now about the deposits of monero's . And I see that there customer support is not active as other gambling sites here. Ive play here before and I have no problem in playing it for a week. I dont know if a hacking activities are being involved to this situation.

My balance is still showing up as zero on safedice. the history says no deposit has come, but I'm 100% sure the address and payment ID I sent to were correct.  can you look into this? I sent you an email also but no response.

So this asshole ripped me off, I'm going to seek counsel against the domain registrar.
I deposit like 200, win 200, withdrawl 400, cool.
Next day I deposit about 250 (.14) and it never shows up in incoming transactions like it usually does, even after 20+ confirmations.  Then I see a withdrawl from the same address all this time myt balance on bitcoin dice remaining 0 (I usually just sit there refreshing, its typically quick 1 confirm). Emailing the admin only results in him arguing with me and saying some guy on the other side of the world knew my password and 'hacked' my account.  This is not possible.  My password was pretty complex, only used on this site, and only I have access to this debian box.
This fucker saw I was winning, so ripped me off.  He will get his.
Sorry to hear about your loss but most of the time people losses when they download some malware and i hope that is the case with you,other than that i do not think that a reputed site like this would scam for just $100 worth of coins, Roll Eyes did you download any software to roll as there are many scam sites which has infected dice bot which is meant to scam your coins.
this, the site has made him thousands of dollars in profit, why would he want to scam you for that when he can make thousands more in future?

Zach, you know the address that the money was sent to, do your best to track that one. I also gave you my log analysis in my latest email, you can check that one as well.

From my point of view, the withdrawal was legit, no brute force attack from your account as well. If you have a good intention to find a solution, then let's have a discussion, but instead you keep want things to happen in your own way.

Ah so Safedice is also here. I used to play in this site few months ago when I haven't discovered bitcointalk yet. Looks pretty cool but I stopped when I got busy with my job. Sad that they have too many complains here.
Same here I think support are fixing this because this bad complain will affect the site many of us playing on this site but now we stop untill the complaint are all fixed
