That usually means the hot wallet is empty. I have notified the Admin.

Hello sir, I'm unable to login to safedice via Seuntjie's dicebot. I see that it's probably because of cloudflare, is there any other option to use it on that dicebot?

I think its going to be time to add maybe a third currency since monero fees are way too high and the transactions are getting back logged similar to bitcoin.

My guess is maybe add DASH or ETH or LTC. Since those usually don't have these issues.

24 hrs now since I made my first SafeDICE deposit.  I put in 10XMR and the balance still reads ZERO.
This is very disappointing because I have made two attempts to email them and have still not gotten a reply.

The Admin will answer your email asap. It might be a few days he isn't online everyday.

42 hrs and counting.  Nothing.  This is crazy.

My apologies for the matter, XMR transactions were stuck because some network problem on our end. All XMR deposits should have been received now, please check your account balance.

Same, the XMR has always a depo problem.

I am not sure why you are experiencing a delay with xmr deposits. But the Admin should respond to your email ASAP.

Yup, it happened. When I deposited first time, I faced little delay to see the money being recognized. But not this much delay as in your case.

OK- tried it after the 10th time.. finally worked!!!

Not sure what the issue is but I agree, should be clearer on what the error is to stop the users from panicking. Cheesy
