I would strongly advise against implementing any KYC requirements.

I'd rather have some more restrictions on the free bonuses rather than having to verify.

Make it accessible to everyone, even if it means that people get less in perks. I think that upholding the very principles of anonymity will give you a lot of fans, especially when it comes to crypto and Web3.0 based casinos that are trying to decentralized the marketplace.

Good idea, to avoid misunderstanding you should put the terms clearly requires the user to click the agree button before starting as available in the sign up button
This way you will avoid any accusations because we know for sure that many of them reason as if they don't see the rules this is a classic excuse everywhere
By the way, may we know the new bonus package you are offering?

Honestly the "new" version of the crypto casino world definitely impacts me the good way as well. Maybe these are just the starts and it won't be as good as the originals just yet but they are definitley going that route for sure. With enough marketing and enough money spent on making this bigger, there is a huge upside potential for them. I am not saying that this casino is the greatest or anything, I haven't even played properly just checked a few things. However, it does have the "potential" to be the greatest and that matters a lot. I personally hope that they just do not waste this potential on anything silly and do big mistakes.

It affects me on a positive way since it is a free bonus and we can claim it without depositing anything first and I'm sure that the promotion will have a wagering requirements right? But even there's a requirements many people can try it for free and test their luck to win that bonus, I would also like to agree with @VanityWallets2015 that you should also consider the users who will try to abuse that promotion and think how are you going to prevent it since good promotions will attract cheaters that will take advantage to it.

I personally would be interested on the website everyone wants to have free and good thing about it is they don't need to deposit but I was curious how are you going to handle users who are going to use multiple accounts or trying to abuse that free bonus since they can receive it without depositing. Maybe you should add more requirements so people will not be able to abuse your promo maybe like 1 bitcointalk account per free bonus but newbie and newly created accounts are not allowed?

That's true, they I played on those sites before with only casino games. Rest assured that I won't be abusing nor using bonus since I am not really fan of a bonus that has a wagering requirement but I didn't say that I don't like your bonus but I just don't want any promotions that will hinder me from withdrawing or doing anything with my deposit.
