I did a backread and saw that their last reply about nft was in march 17, it was not 1 month yet but they already released their nft although @perla might be right that there are still bugs. Much better if they did not rush this nft feature if they are not ready because it can only cause disappointment to the other users but we should not focus on it though because at the end of the day, this was still a gambling site and not an nft marketplace.

Our purpose on why we visit this place at the first place is to have fun playing a gambling. They might be busy because its been a while since they have posted a reply. It was not your problem anymore if they didn't posted any update, why you are worrying?

I mean it is written on it that it was a NFT giveaway and there is a participate button, I think that was a bug or maybe they are not yet finished developing that NFT tab on their website. I hope they would have their own themed ninja NFT.

What do you mean general NFT? most NFT really doesn't have utility but I hope Sandbox NFT would be different from the common NFT and have a utility. Probably something that we can earn from having the NFT as an investment too or other utilities in their website.
