Fuck this site I'm making a complaint to relevant authorities.
you hear a lot of players complain that they had to wait a long time but not something about that they never received help in the end. 2-3 weeks is not uncommon unfortunately.
Let's hope so.. Really don't like being out money and no response to my emails.

Your account was not credited because the transaction was also funding another account and/or was a withdrawal from another account. I've added the correct balance the affected account now!

Guys my experience here is just to keep faith and wait, i had my support ticket closed afetr 2 months, but when i got my account back, all my funds was safe on the right place!
