Al-Nassr continues to extend its winning streak and this time they managed to beat the team that continues to overshadow them in the standings, namely Al-Taawoun. Since the first minute, Al-Taawoun, who were the hosts, broke into Al-Nassr's goal in the 13th minute with a goal from El Mahdioui. But even though this was an away match for Al-Nassr, this did not make them afraid or worried and they played a good game so they were able to turn things around and score 4 goals against Al-Taawoun. The Al-Nassr players who scored goals in this match were Brozovic, Laporte, Otavio, and closed by Ronaldo.

With this victory, Al-Nassr continues to close the distance from Al-Hilal and even though the difference is still quite large, around 7 points, they will still try to get closer. It was not easy for Al-Nassr who started the season with bad results and they must be grateful that by the middle of the season everything started to improve.

Anyway, with the addition of 1 goal via a header in injury time against Al-Taawoun, Ronaldo ended the year as the top scorer in 2023 with 54 goals for the club and the Portuguese national team. Still can't believe he did that and of course he is happy to be able to compete with other great players in the current generation.

I thought Al Nassr would win, they scored 3 goals and are leading the match. However, the interesting thing is that Ronaldo had no influence on these 3 goals. Ronaldo neither scored a goal nor made an assist. The goals came from midfielders and defenders. In fact, this situation reveals what quality feet Al Nassr has. They get 3 points with 3 goals from an important away game. They can win even if Ronaldo doesn't affect the score. Of course, without Ronaldo, the viewing rates of the matches may be different (lower).
There is no doubt that Al Nassr has already win the match because it will not be easy for Al Taawoun to comeback and take the lead within the added minutes. Al Nassr will have added more goal to make it four before the final minute of the game without Ronaldo in the team, this show that the team is good without Ronaldo.
It was a huge win for Al Nassr tonight as they continued their good away performance. Their hit man, Cristiano Ronaldo did not fail to join the goal scorers as he closed the scoring at the 92nd minutes to end the match at one goal to four in their favour. Despite this win , Al Nasrr is still lagging behind the top team Al Hilal by seven points. It is not clear if this season is settled for Al Hilal because external matches have a way of making big teams lose focus and Al Hilal is famous for that. Al Nassr just need to continue winning their matches and hope their greatest rival flops to reduce the gap between them.
Even though in that match Ronaldo was only able to score one goal at the end of the second half, his contribution was still big. The reason is that Ronaldo occasionally always provides breakthrough passes to his teammates.

However, with the win in this match, Al Nasr still has a long way to go to compete with or overtake Al Hilal from the top of the standings. Because the point difference is quite large (7 points). Even though it feels a bit heavy, it is not impossible that Al Nasr can overtake Al Hilal. However, there may be several conditions so that Al Nasr can occupy the top of the standings.

The first condition is that Al Hilal must lose at least two matches this season.

The second condition is that Al Nasr must not suffer a single defeat. Because if Al Nasr experiences one defeat, the difference in points with Al Hilal will be even greater.

In my opinion, these two conditions are the most important, because considering that currently Al Hilal has not been defeated at all, Al Nasr must be able to continue winning matches, so that Al Nasr's potential to occupy the top position is not too far away.

And the upcoming match doesn't look like it will be too difficult for Al Nasr. The reason is that if you look at the meeting record between the two teams, Al Nasr is far superior to Al Fateh with 4 wins and one draw.

Yep. Al Nassr won the match against Al Taawoun with 4 goals. It showed that Al Nassr still has a big intention to compete for the title. The point gap dropped 7 points now, it is still possible for Al Nassr to catch Al Hilal. Although it is small chance for now but it is not impossible. Well, Ronaldo scored again in this match, it makes Ronaldo to have 20 goals in SPL. He leads the top scorer of Saudi league this season.

Anyway, the chance to be the champion is for both Al Hilal and Al Nassr. Al Hilal surely has a higher chance to win it, but they can't rule out Al Nassr. Which one to be the champion will depend on which team to play more consistently until the end of the season.

As we previously predicted, Al-Nassr will definitely continue to be motivated in every match they have to collect points from each match only in this way their chance to win the title is still available, if we look at the last 5 matches, Al-Nassr has always won by more than 3 goals  and Ronaldo is one of the scorers. Al-Nassr must continue playing like this while waiting for Al-Hilal to be beaten for the first time if this happens then Al-Nassr will be even more motivated. By the way, the competition will be stopped until 15 February I don't understand why it was paused for so long.

Al Nassr will have added more goal to make it four before the final minute of the game without Ronaldo in the team, this show that the team is good without Ronaldo.
The game finished, and Al Nassr comfortably won the game with 1-4 against their host team Al Taawoun and further reduced the point gap they have between them and their league leaders Al Hilal down to 7 points. It was really an entertaining first half and second period of games. There is still hope for them to likely catch up points with Al Hilal if they continue to win their games and if Al Hilal happens to drop points, more games ahead to play and anything can happen.

So far, it is hard to pass Al-Hilal which not only rarely drop points but they beat the other teams with many goals. The other advantage that Al-Hilal have and make them solid is the fact that many of its players score goals. This characteristic is hardly found in the other Saudi Pro League teams.
Al-Nassr 55 goals were mainly scored by Cristiano Ronaldo (20 goals) and Talisca (11 goals). Ronaldo is being chased by Al-Hilal forward Mitrovic with 17 goals out of the 59 goals scored in 19 matches.

Even we have too much media coverage of Al Nassr just because of Cristiano Ronaldo but Al Hilal is surely doing one of the performance which is giving them serious alone contender for the title race, and they have very solid and perfect squad which is doing amazing performance with their attack and defense both are at same level and score 59 goals in 19 games and their four attackers are doing work with same level currently Metrovic is chasing Ronaldo which is currently at the top with 20 goals and Metrovic having 17 and their three other attackers are also chasing these leaders consistently, but Al Nassr needs to work on their defense and having some suitable replacements in coming transfer window if they want to have some for the title race as they are currently having seven points deficit form Al Hilal which is not easy to cover.

Al Nassr has been playing well ever since they lost to Al Hilal, they don’t seem to be slowing down even though they are points away from Al Hilal they still don’t want to give up just yet. Ronaldo didn’t fail to add up to his goal tally as expected even though it came late, this shows how reliable they can be. Al Nassr has little hope of winning the title because Al Hilal’s form is even better than Al Nassr and they don’t seem like a team that will drop points soon and if they keep winning Al Nassr will have no chance of winning the title.
Al Nassr lost the last game against A-Hilal, if that hadnt happened, the battle for the championship would be wide open. Now they have to chase it and I dont think they be able to do that. There are 15 games left and 7 points to catch up, it is possible but i dont think they made it. Ronaldo will want to playing, the European Championship in 2024 is coming up in a few months and then a WorldCup 2 years later... maybe he play there too. So Ronaldo and Al-Nassr will probably have one/two more season to win it.
Even before they lost to Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro league, last month Al Nassr have been on a good run of form in the  Saudi league but but their only problem is that Al Hilal have been more consistent than them. After the completion of 19 league games in the league, Al Hilal are yet to suffer a defeat I'm the Saudi league while their rivals Al Nassr have already lost three games after playing the same number of league games.
Despite Al Nassr failure to be at the top of the league table, their star player cristiano Ronaldo hasn't failed to be at the top of the league scoring chart as he's been able to record 20 league goals.

The worst and most boring part about Al-Hilal is how little resistance they experience from their opponents. Al Feiha didn't have one shot on target and during the full 90+ minutes they had two shots (not even on target though!). I don't know but this season will be a boring one and Al-Nassr disappointed a lot of those fans that were hoping for them to win the title. Ronaldo will probably score the most goals this season, but they won't have a chance to close the gap again and have a say in the fight for the title.

Yeah that's true, but Al Feiha has a reason for that they apply a defensive game and hope to get a point if the match ends in a draw it's just that they forget that their opponent is Al-Hilal as the strongest team and has great players like Aleksandar Mitrovic there really was no way to avoid attacks by Al-Hilal players. Next, it was Al-Nassr's turn to defeat Al-Taawon and I think Al-Nassr will get 3 more points this situation will continue until Al-Nassr plays Al-Hilal next year. I still hope Al-Hilal gets its first defeat so Al-Nassr still has a chance to win the title.

Al Feiha can't really be blamed for their approach during games against opponents that are so much stronger. I think we know that from every league where the weakest teams really focus on defending and hope that they can keep a clean sheet for as long as possible during the game to then maybe get lucky towards the end of the game and get this one lucky header after a corner or maybe even a free kick goal, but most of the time it doesn't work out if they play defense only. In addition to that, Al-Hilal is in great shape and they use their chances and keep pressuring until the last minute of the game. That's too hard to defend.

Al Hilal should have been crowned champions by now, because they are not even willing to give up points. Fatigue and injuries have little effect on them because they have a depth squad, and even if one or two of their players are sidelined, the team continues to perform well and score more goals in almost all of their games. Mitrovic is one of their greatest signings this season because he has already contributed numerous goals that have helped the team advance in the Saudi Pro League.

I think Benzema had many other problems besides club, there are many negative talks and memes about him on social media. Btw Saudi Arabian fans are very aggressive and expect to win only from one great player because they pay jackpot. Karim Benzema's salary is 100 million euros per season. He gets millions of Euros per week. Saudi also wants Benzema as ambassador for FIFA 2030 world cup because they are bidding to host. I don't know how long they plan to pay jackpot to each star football player because they should get a return on their investment but it seems that they are super serious and will do whatever it takes to transfer the football world from Europe to Saudi.
Karim Benzema on difficult position right now because expected will be success with Al Ittihad in this season his team has underperform and loss expected for defending domestic league tittle in this season. Apart from Karim Benzema being the ambassador for Saudi Arabia for the 2034 FIFA World Cup, Benzema's performance in his first season in the Saudi Pro League was far below fans' expectations with a salary of up to 100 million euros per season.

Looking form Karim Benzema statistic in the first season with Al Ittihad not really bad scoring 9 goals and 5 assist of 15 matches is more expected by fans but have problem with Al Ittihad performance dropped from top standings position with 25 points left from Al Hilal on top position standings awhile.

It's impossible mate. AL nassr will stay at the second place till the end of season. Al hilal is too strong and al nassr will never ever able to replace it. Al hilal is the perfect team in the saudi pro league by seeing the stats recorded by the club.
I saw that al nassr was nothing for al hilal and it has proven with the result when al hilal has been destroying al nassr with a lot of goals. So, we will be seeing al hilal to win the game this time. There will be another chance for al nassr to surpass al hilal.
The gap will become even bigger otherwise. We will be seeing more people to realize how strong al hilal is right now. It will be able to perform even better soon. Al hilal must admit that if al nassr was not a worthy competitor for al hilal.

So far Al Hilal has been impressive in almost every match, and they have won 17 of the 19 matches, 2 of which ended in a draw. if I'm not mistaken, Al Hilal has won its last 12 matches. isn't this a very impressive result, for a team that doesn't have big names like Ronaldo, Benzema, Mane, Firmino. however, Al Hilal was able to progress with its positive trend and was able to overthrow several of its rivals in the first meeting.
IMO, Al Hilal's potential to progress with its positive trend is quite large and they have a chance to do so. however, that doesn't mean that the Saudi Pro League trophy is within the grasp of Jorge Jesus' squad, after all, this competition still has many matches remaining until the end of the season. this means that the Al Hilal coach's task will be increasingly difficult to maintain the fitness of his players and avoid players getting injured in future matches. in this way, Al Hilal can consistently maintain its positive trend.

However, this does not mean that Al Nassr has lost hope in competing for the trophy this season. like I said, there's still a lot of fight left. if Al Hilal slips in the next few matches, it will open up opportunities for Ronaldo and his colleagues. but with the condition, Al Nassr cannot miss every match with a win. the goal is to maintain a point gap from the top of the Saudi Pro League standings. currently, Al Nassr has just defeated Al Taaewon with a score of 1-4. with this result, now Al Nassr is only 7 points different from Al Hilal.

Very strange what happen with Benzema i dont have any clue, i only read in someplace that the new coach put the team to a double training session after bad results, but i dont think for that Benzema is gonna dissapear, maybe he is in talks with some european team? I dont think that but.... you never know.
I don't think Benzema will ever leave Saudi Arabia as a football player anymore. Even if he doesn't sign with the club, he stays in the team and continues to receive his money. He's considered too old for football now. He's not sure if he's ready for another European adventure or not. I think Benzema should stay in Saudi Arabia and focus on doing his best.

I have already commented on this many times, and I will repeat myself once again, Saudi Arabian fans are not moderate fans, they are very aggressive fans and think that just one player is enough to win all the games and they have a lot of memory short, last season this benzema team was champion of that league but this season, because they are in that current position, they immediately rushed to fire the coach, which made it possible for them to become champions last season, because for these Arabs, when they buy a player, they They begin to think that the players and coaches they bought became the property of the Arabs. This thought is due to the fact that these Arab people have lived under dictatorship for centuries

European players who are used to living in democracy, they will have a lot of difficulties adapting to this league and I have always said that the day Ronaldo retires and leaves Saudi Arabia, all good famous players who went to Saudi Arabia They will leave Saudi Arabia as soon as their contract ends. I don't see this league having the same reputation in 4 years. I hope Benzema is well and shows up and tells us what happened to him. It's sad that Real Madrid's best player from past seasons is going through this, I was sad when he left Real Madrid, as a Real Madrid fan I thought he didn't make a good decision to leave Real Madrid for Saudi Arabia. the greed of money blinds people
That is a big trouble for him if true. I mean we are talking about a situation that should not be acceptable in any club in the world, but when we are talking about a nation with such strict rules, it's really not that easy for him to get away with these things. First stop will be making sure that he is not getting paid, if you are willing to not go to work, then you should be willing to not get paid as well which is why I doubt that he is caring about that.

Another thing would be that he should be punished with code of conduct as well, you need to let the team know. We are going to see who is bigger, Benzema or the team, because team should let him go with a rightful cause without paying him if this is true, the more they don't do it, the more power they are giving to Benzema as well. f he is allowed, next stop would be other players starting to do the same thing, because they would say Benzema did it and nothing happened, so I could potentially do it as well.

Al Nassr is the most famous SPL club in the world and their popularity gave extended to Europe, and everyone wants to see them play football but with the GOAT, Cristiano Ronaldo. A footballer lover can not make compliement towards Saudi Arabia football without mentioning Cristiano Ronaldo who have been outstanding in all rounds and he's quite the most important player in the history of European and Saudi football. He's no stopping, rather he's creating more popularity for himself in Asia and that's the fundamental point he should make.
