Well, I wonder what Al Hilal is going to do right now. They definitely have given a lot of money to Neymar, the salary is absolutely incredible. I wonder if they actually are going to do something about the huge salary that Neymar is going to get even though Neymar is injured and will be out of action for a long time.

They do not have too much problem spending money. But at this point, I think it is going to be actually a waste of money. I bet they did not think about this when preparing the contract for Neymar. They just wanted him in the squad at any cost. And looking at the situation right now, it is definitely going to be very costly for them.

If you look at Neymar's salary (€300 million for two years), it is almost at the level of the salary being offered to other star performers such as Cristiano Ronaldo. Since he is injured and out of action, Al Hilal doesn't need to pay most of this amount. But even then, the team will be severely weakened without Neymar. They do have quality forwards such as Malcom, Aleksandar Mitrović and Sergej Milinković-Savić, but no one can fill the void from Neymar. Anyway, the latest news is that he needs to undergo surgery for anterior cruciate ligament injury and that will rule him out of action at least for a couple of months.
Since Neymar signed a contract at Al-Hilal, actually even then Neymar was unable to make his debut after making a contract. Because at that time Neymar was indeed injured and Al-Hilal let Neymar rest so that he could recover better from the injury. But it was really funny that a few days later, during the international break, it turned out that Neymar was actually competing with his national team. And even then Al-Hilal was not happy with this. Because I think Neymar is pushing himself too much. And yeah then Neymar returned to Al-Hilal and made his debut. But Neymar played not as well as expected. Maybe in fact he was still injured at that time but he is a typical player who always pushes himself.

So I wouldn't be surprised if Neymar got injured again this time. But the injured party is Al-hilal. But it is not a financial loss but a loss because Al-Hilal really hopes that his squad can be strengthened by Neymar. But with a serious injury, Neymar will be absent for quite a long time.
The good news is that Fifa will provide compensation for losses to Al-Hilal. Because Neymar was injured while defending Brazil and not while defending the Al-Hilal club.

Al hilal paid him only to sit on the bench and did nothing again.  Cheesy Cheesy I could consider it as a donation for him by al hilal. What a horrible player.

The serious injury suffered by Neymar yesterday while defending Brazil marked the 30th injury during his career. This is a very large amount for a professional football player and as one of the star players his fate is now getting closer to the end every day. I doubt Al-Hlal will keep him until his contract ends because his presence is really needed as a star on the pitch and Al-Hilal will certainly not be satisfied if he just sees Neymar resting at home. The investment made by Al-Hilal seems meaningless and they must consider this situation as soon as possible. This is a big risk for a team to take when signing Neymar and I hope Al-Hilal can understand what they have done before.

This is a bad news for Al Ahli Hilal, Neymar has suffered serious injury again. Even, in that match Brazil was defeated by Uruguay, Vini, Rodrygo, Gabriel Jesus could not scored at least one score. Of course, with Neymar injury Al Hilal will suffer huge losses. As you said, Neymar's injury has an impact on his current club, apart from the large salary, they also lost one player in attack line. But the next few of matches are not too difficult for them, only the match against Al Ahli will probably be their biggest difficulty game this month.
Sure, it is bad news. Al Hilal no longer can put him on the lineup, Neymar will take a rest for few weeks/months. I still don't get a valid information related to how long Neymar to be absent. But since it's a recurring injury, it must take a long time to recover. It probably takes few months, Neymar will be unavailable a long time.
Neymar will be out for months. It's likely al hilal will be only able to waiting him to recover from his injury. Al hilal bought and offer him with very big contract. It's not a win situation for al hilal caused by this club is missing the chance to see him play in the field a lot.
Im not even expecting neymar to get another injury again after he has been recovering from the previous injury. We may able to see a relevant information regarding ETA for him to recover from his injury.

Well, Al Hilal paid him with a big salary, it is very unfortunate if Neymar mostly spend time with injured problem. However, I think Al Hilal management already know well this risk because Neymar often gets injured for a long time since he was in PSG. The absence of Neymar seems to have no significant impact, Al Hilal has enough players to replace him.
It's a loss for al hilal. look at this

According to reports, Neymar Jr will draw a monstrous salary of around USD 300 million per year from the Saudi Pro League club. If commercial deals with the club are factored in, the Brazilian’s annual earnings could amount to a whopping USD 400 million. The contract will see him stay at the Riyadh-based club for two years.

In addition, for each match he features in that Al Hilal wins, Neymar Jr will receive a bonus of approximately USD 87,000. That is not all! The forward will also receive around USD 543,200 for each post on social media from his account which promotes Saudi Arabia. Forget raining money, Neymar Jr is all set to be flooded by it!

His salary is very big. Losing him play in the field is a big loss caused by it would be able to increasing his engagement to his fans. The club shall not allow him to participate in the international break due to the injury prone.

Al Hilal are not happy now but what they can do if in a contract, there is no term that Neymar salary will be cut if he gets serious injury and misses many matches for Al Hilal. Neymar got some ankle injuries with his ground touches too and maybe he has to learn to touch the ground better.

Al Hilal is a big club and without Neymar, they will still be able to fight with other clubs to win this league. Without Neymar by an injury will be a slap on Al Hilal because they will nearly spend €150 million for this season without considerable contribution from Neymar.

I wonder will Neymar goes proactively and tell a club that he will self cut his salary. I think it will be good gesture from Neymar and he can offer this will an expansion of his contract to one more year. From two years to three years contract will be good as an expanded one year will be like his compensation for Al Hilal with his absence in this season.

I just found out that he will be out for up to 6 months due to this serious injury and that means his first season with Al-Hilal has ended. Neymar gets the nickname "glass player" by most people because he often suffers from injuries and I think that is a reflection of Neymar's career that he cannot look after his body well. So every time he gets tackled hard, it ends up causing an injury from which it takes months to recover.

Al-Hilal bought Neymar just for exposure purposes and I think they didn't really consider the possibility of Neymar often getting injured. PSG was lucky when they sold him during the trend of Saudi league teams hunting for star players and when they saw that Neymar was beyond help and couldn't even help the team anymore, their decision was the right one to sell him last summer.
Now it is proven that the reason why PSG let go of Neymar even though they really need his services, they don't want to be harmed by the injuries he often experiences. Now Al Hilal will be at a loss for a long time, even though Neymar has not at all given his maximum contribution to the club, his contract which is considered super luxurious is now not running according to expectations. In fact, Al Hilal really needs Neymar to maintain its position at the top of the standings, and realize its ambition to win trophies in line with the competitive competition in the SPL.

Neymar has entered the age of 31, if he often gets injured it will be difficult for him to be able to play in big competitions in the future, the 2024 Copa America and the 2026 World Cup. Neymar should change his style of play so that he no longer dribbles the ball so much, in the end he will avoid being tackled, opposing players which will have fatal consequences like this.

I think PSG made a good move when they let Neymar leave the team because this palyer was no longer useful in PSG. Neymar's playing style makes him get injured more than other players, however, he has good dripping skills but Neymar can't have the same performance he had during the last years, and because of his age, he usually needs a longer time to get back in the good form. Maybe this is a good reason to say Al Hilal should not count on this player even after he got recovered again.

Another unexpected news from him. I thought that if neymar has forced himself. He shall not being so stupid to play while he is injury prone. This news is proving that if neymar is bad on the decision making. he must be absent again after he was able playing several times for al hilal.
This is a bad news for al hilal caused by the club has recruited him with so much money for nothing. This guy is utterly scam.  Grin He shall not have forced himself by tell brazillian national team not able to play due to the potential injury that might come toward him.
He is so prone to injuries and more sensitive with injuries recent years. In some injuries, he got them even without direct tackles of opponent defenders. It's just his knees and ankles are already weak enough to be very sensitive with injuries. In some situations, I consider his injuries as self-made injuries.

With this sensitive body, Neymar will get more injuries and his career can end anytime. I am not against his motivation to play for his national team because playing for your nation is a big pride. I understand why Neymar wanted to try to contribute for Brazil and perhaps he considers a next World Cup in 2026 will be his last World Cup for Brazil and want to contribute his best.

PSG was right to sell Neymar to Al Hilal and they even successfully did it to get massive money back. It is a very successful transfer for PSG even they spent a lot money for Neymar from transfer fee and salary.

Al Hilal wanted to have Neymar and have a super star to compete with Al Nassr with Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Ittihad with Karim Benzema. Among three clubs and three super star players they bought, only Al Nassr succeed with Cristiano Ronaldo. Benzema and Neymar have very limited appearances and contributions because of injuries.

I don't know what else to say, because Neymar has suffered another injury and had to be carried off the field on a stretcher. Neymar suffered an injury during the match between Brazil vs Uruguay which is currently underway and as reported by Fabrizio Romano it seems he has suffered another serious injury. I think whenever and wherever Neymar is he will still be faced with the problems that have caused him to experience a decline in performance in recent years.

In this week's match it is clear that Al-Hilal will not be strengthened by Neymar again and perhaps if he is often absent due to injury, Al-Hilal will also feel disadvantaged because missing Neymar will reduce most people's interest in watching the Saudi league. We can only hope that Neymar can recover quickly from his injury.

Of course, Al Hilal must have considered every possibility after such a transfer. Of these possibilities, the most striking one for Neymar was the possibility of injury, and this happened. Unfortunately, he will have 9 months of injury time and Al Hilal will not be able to benefit from him for 9 months. I feel sorry for Neymar. I hope he gets over this soon.

I felt emotional to see Neymar shed tears as he left the field after he was seriously injured. I read that he is suffering from a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament also known as ACL is a serious injury that can last for approximately 10 months before it is fully healed from it. 10 months for any club is a bad market especially that he did not acquire the injury from the club in itself. The club will really feel terrible to have witness this happen right now. I see reasons why the player cried whilst he was leaving the pitch on that very moment.

Now, what will be the next decision of Al-Hilal club is another thing I am waiting for. Especially since didn't happen in any of their matches. Neymar is a star player that has shown athletic prowess over the years and earned my respect as well. But this injury is a sure bad market for him regardless of how we intend to talk about it. Hard luck for Al-Hilal.

This is how Neymar's career may end. There is no season in which Neymar is not injured. He was at PSG and played less matches for PSG as he was sidelined for half or most of each season due to injury. I don't understand why all the players target him and illegal tattle him. In my words you may say Neymar can't play defensively, every player wants to play defensively but when he is attacked how many attacks will he resist. Neymar will be out injured for 6 months and he will need more time to recover, so this season is the last for Neymar. The Brazilian star has played very few matches for Al-Hilal. Expected to play a full season for Al-Hilal and win the Saudi Pro League but once again succumbed to injury.

Neymar only recently returned from injury in March. The 31-year-old was sidelined for five months after undergoing surgery to treat an ankle ligament injury at PSG. And continuing at the present time, Neymar's injury is a significant blow to Al-Hilal Club's ambitions in the Saudi Pro League. Currently, Al-Hilal is leading the rankings but is only 1 point ahead of second-place team Al-Taawon. If he takes another six months off, his career will be ruined.

I feel very sorry for him, but I was once again convinced that his purchase was a deeply wrong decision. The only club that benefited from this transfer was PSG.

As you said, PSG is the biggest beneficiary of this deal. I see PSG ready to release Neymar's contract without any regrets. Al-Hilal has excess money when they do not consider that Neymar will suffer a chronic injury.

If I'm not mistaken, Neymar managed to play a couple of games for Al-Hilal and made a couple of assists (a rather weak result when playing against weak opponents), plus in one game the referee took pity on him by not giving him a red card for unsportsmanlike behavior. This is all that Al-Hilal received for such huge money. If we are talking about the PR effect, then I would say that it is rather negative - Neymar causes irritation, and when we look at this transfer it simply causes laughter.

In fact, when Al Hilal bought Neymar they were sure that Neymar was a player who could get injured time after time and there was a high chance for him to even lose the whole season just like what happened in the last season when Neymar was playing for PSg and many fans were unhappy because of that.
That's why I think Al Hilal was even ready for this when they bought Neymar.

They have been well aware of his health condition and the fact that he is extremely prone to injuries, but I am sometimes in disbelief when I see how often he is injured. He lacks physical stability not only in terms of the time he is dealing with injuries, but also in terms of his physical resilience on the pitch. Other players get attacked hard as well but he is like a dancing queen in a boxing ring. I don't know but I doubt that any club from Europe would have been willing to take the risk and pay a fortune for him knowing that most likely he is going to miss 70% of the games. This was probably the best contract he ever signed. Getting paid for lying in bed and recovering and nobody complains about it.

When he was at PSG I constantly posted saying that PSG should sell him because he was constantly injured, especially in the months approaching November, and it's funny that he was injured and kept having lots of parties and taking trips to Brazil to get fun and that created a bad feeling in the PSG team, and what happened was that PSG kept paying his salary every season while he was unable to play at least 50% of the games every season, what kind of player is that who stays all the time? season injured and constantly in every season? see that he was coming to this Arab team with an injury, he healed it and only played a few games in this Arab team

and I remember that the coach of that Arab team complained a lot about the Brazilian national team taking him even though he knew that the guy came from PSG and was still recovering from an injury, that's okay, the guy went to play for the Brazilian national team and came back and did some games in saudi arabia. Now he returns to play for the Brazilian national team and is injured again, so he will be injured every season. honestly when they signed him I said in this thread that these Arabs were making a big mistake and that he wouldn't play the whole season and that's what's happening, I got it right and I think a lot of people would get it right because it was something very predictable. I don't know if the Arabs haven't followed him in recent years, because it's not possible that they spent money signing him knowing that he doesn't even play 40% of the season's games.

Neymar getting injured was exactly what everyone expected anyway, not like that was a shocker to anyone. I mean dude is made of glass at this point and he gets injured more times than anyone I know. He was destined to be one of the best players after the whole Ronaldo vs Messi rivalry, that was what everyone thought at least, but Ronaldo and Messi is playing better at their age right now than this guy because he keeps getting injured.

That was a bad transfer and shouldn2t have spent that much money on getting him, PSG was smart to let him go, at least they have some salary space created by him, and made some money, and they used that to get some decent players. To be fair PSG got dembele who gets almost as much injured as Neymar does but we will see.
Exactly, he's  an injury player so i don't get suprised or shocked whenever he goes on an injury, lol funny when you said he's made of glass but to be sincere he's a softie and loves to dribble and it attracts injury to him, if no for his injury spells Neymar would've been opportuned to win the Ballon D'or title cause he was speculated to be like Messi and Cristiano when he was discovered by Barcelona.

Well the good thing is that his team bought a good number of players and even as he won't be in the squad for a while it won't affect them much, though i feel they spent alot for an injury player, well PSG might be smart to have cash in on him but they too were foolish to get another injury player Dembele as his replacement and i also feel it would affect them sooner or later.

Neymar is one the most skillful players in modern day football as well as one of the best in the game but was has limited the Brazilian potentials over the years is the constant injuries he's suffered. The injury have also kept him out of the most important games of his Brazilian career.
After he was signed in the summer by Al Hilal, the most concerning factor for the Saudi Arabian club was his injury crises and unfortunately for him yesterday, he suffered a suffered an injury that's likely to keep him out for months. It's still never been confirmed of how many days he's gonna be out injured but hopefully it's not gonna be more than three months.

6 months out of actions, for real? The new player that Al-Ahli acquired from Paris Saint-Germain this season has yet to be deployed. We merely anticipated the Brazilian would be able acknowledge his moments when it comes to injuries which targets him as the top player in every team he plays for. The Brazilian has yet to make a significant contribution to the team. The highly proficient player now finds himself in a highly challenging situation with infirmities. Neymar Jr. is susceptible to catastrophic injuries, therefore it will be challenging for him to have memorable moments on the field and put in a standout performance.
