I totally agree with you on everything you have said regarding CR7. And the fact is that not many players can still maintain their goal productivity when they are approaching 40 years of age. Currently, CR7 will be 39 years old in a few months. And even though this season CR7 may still be productive, we have to understand that next season his productivity will decrease slightly.
