Was that already in the rumors? I don't think even that was in the rumors until now, so it's a pointless discussion, mate. they're not going to make a Global League, LOL.

‘Don’t rule out Saudi Arabia reviving the European Super League – anything is possible’

“There is considerable speculation in the sector that Saudi Arabia will either seek to buy a competition, or they’ll set up their own competition, maybe a Champions League of Champions Leagues, their own Super League." (same link)

Really how can anyone think that this doesn't play a role in their mind? It is not worth a discussion you say. I mean how can I say you are wrong if that is your opinion and you are also not forced to take part in such a discussion either, but they know what they are doing and their vision is now 2030, but it goes beyond that. Since soccer is the national #1 sport, how would it be surprising to anyone if they use their money to build a "Champions League of Champions Leagues", as was written in the article. If I had to make a guess I would say yes, they will one day try to build a Super League.

Three players from Chelsea, namely Édouard Mendy, Hakim Ziyech and Kalidou Koulibaly, are all set to move to Saudi Arabia after passing their medical tests. While it's sad to see talented players leave, I'm happy that they're happy with the decision and will be going somewhere they'll be appreciated. From a business standpoint, this is a good move for Chelsea. Of course, there's concern that selling Koulibaly and Mendy may come back to haunt Chelsea, but sometimes change is necessary because this brings new talent in the squad.
Chelsea was able selling so many players in a short time. Saudi clubs were making the negotiation even more smoothly caused by they agreed to buy those players at the fees that has been asked by chelsea.
Im also very happy to see those guys will be going to the new clubs. Saudi league will have so many european players to come soon.
Saudi pro league clubs are not yet stopping. It keeps try to add more and more players from other clubs like arsenal even liverpool. It seems like more players will come soon.
Even koulibally has been trying to convince lukaku to join the saudi club but lukaku refusing it.

Kalidou Koulibaly had been transferred from Napoli with high hopes. But his performance at Chelsea did not live up to expectations. However, I still don't think it's right for Chelsea to give up on him so easily. I think they should give him another year. It takes time to get used to the Premier League. On the other hand, the transfer of Mendy and Ziyech to the Arabian League is somewhat normal for me. They got an offer they couldn't get from any other team. This is a very good opportunity for them. They may never get such a good opportunity again.
Koulibaly is actually still pretty good as a centre-back for any European team and it seems that Chelsea don't know how to work that well. While with Napoli he was able to prove his achievements and since last season Chelsea have been interested in signing him. However, Chelsea could only keep him for one season and that was very unfortunate, if Koulibaly had not gone to Chelsea, maybe his future would have been brighter.

But the joining of Koulibaly to Al-Hilal certainly proves enough that he no longer feels comfortable in Europe and chose the Saudi league team as his next career goal. For Mendy and Ziyech because they have been at Chelsea for quite a while and given the current situation they will of course choose to go elsewhere. However, even if Chelsea is forced to sell and the player agrees, the transfer will occur.

it's true that with ronaldo playing in the arab league a lot has changed, the press started to talk a lot about the arab league, people started to follow the arab league games and now it's not just ronaldo's team that wants to have good players, the other teams are also making an effort to hire the best players, but I saw on tv in my country that neymar wants to return to barcelona but that for that to happen he would have to lower his salary a lot, but in my opinion neymar na he will go back to barcelona, ideally for neymar and go to play in saudi arabia because in europe he is always injured and involved in controversies, and he is the type of player that coaches get headaches
Ronaldo presence in the Arab league has significantly changed the way that people view and are interested in the league. More people are now watching games in the Arab league as a result of increased media coverage. No longer is Ronaldo team the only one vying for elite players other teams are also working to bolster their rosters. While there have been rumours that Neymar wants to return to Barcelona qit seems unlikely that he would be prepared to accept a pay cut that would make that happen. Given his injury history and contentious image in Europe it is possible that Neymar will investigate alternative choices including playing in Saudi Arabia.
Undoubtedly, Ronaldo presence in the Arab league has resulted in a number of beneficial developments. Due to his influence the league has attracted more media coverage and fans. Now that other organisations are encouraged to sign top players, healthy competition is promoted. Arab leagues have a chance to entice great players while Neymar's prospective return to Barcelona is questionable. The desire to bolster their lineup is indicated by the rumours that Ronaldo side is interested in Carvalho and Brozovic. A bright and profitable future for Arab teams depends on them continuing to develop a competitive league to draw in and develop talent as Messi departure to the United States offers up new opportunities.
Ronaldo's addition to the Arab league is a game-changer, spotlighting the league and enhancing its media magnetism. It's sparked a domino effect, with teams hunting top-tier players, upping the ante. Neymar's Barcelona status uncertainties may nudge star talent towards the Arab leagues. The news of Ronaldo's team courting Carvalho and Brozovic suggests a muscle-up mission. With Messi pivoting to the U.S, a surge of opportunities could hit Arab shores.
Unquestionably Ronaldo debut in the Arab league has changed the league for the better by drawing attention to it and making it more alluring to fans and the media. Teams are now aggressively seeking great players to up the level of competition as a result of this increasing attention. Talented people may be persuaded to look at opportunities in the Arab leagues by Neymar uncertain future at Barcelona. There is little doubt that Ronaldo team wants to bolster their roster as evidenced by rumours that they have expressed interest in players like Carvalho and Brozovic. The Arab leagues might experience a rush of tantalising chances as Lionel Messi sets out on his new voyage in the United States opening doors to a world of thrilling options. The Arab league may reach new heights in the world of football as a result of this fusion of skill and aspiration.

The league is in need of more number of popular players to make the league more popular. The government doesn't have any plans to compete against the major leagues. Based on the understanding, it is the government that had got some vision for the country and working on it. It have planned to make the country good in sports and the same could bring the economy up. Same as what we see here with football, the sports authorities too have tried to host the largest T20 cricket league.

Arabian countries were trying for years to make a better vision of their country to the world and they were investing in it for years. On the other hand investing in football teams is the other option they could have. Recently because f Ronaldo and Benzema moved to the Saudi Professional League, they attracted enough attention from people in other countries and they can even get more if they hire more players like Silva from Manchester City.
Yes, now the Arabs have managed to have several very developed sports and they have proven to the world that Arabs can keep up with European developments in sports.
Football is the most important there because by developing football as well as possible, a country can have quite large assets.
To be honest, I myself am amazed by the development of Arab football in recent years, they even have plans to establish a big league like the Champions League.

With the signing of this star player, it will be an attraction for people to start to like the Saudi League.
The Arabs have started the race to compete with other league like the EPL and the rest interesting leagues by starting with hosting the world cup, and after that, they have started buying classic players from different clubs to make this happen. I know that the Arabs now have much interest in football, and with money you can get what you want. We saw this in EPL,after the Arab brothers bought Manchester City, the club performance is outstanding. The recent one is Newcastle.

I have already started liking SPL,after Ronaldo was signed and it was indeed an advantage for them to use him to achieve their plans. Next season we will see more players in SPL because players loves a club that has the highest bidder, and these Arabs are fucking rich and can pay any amount just to bring a player down to their league. Soon SPL will be very competitive.

I just found out that the four clubs are owned by the same company, it's no wonder the SPL looks like it's dominated by the same clubs. In addition, it turns out that Al-Ahli Saudi is currently in the second division of the saudi league, but they finished this season perfectly and next season they will return to the SPL again. Hopefully, SPL gets attention from the public, it is possible that it will also have an impact on the AFC Champions League and the clubs that are there.
But even so, for each club it is still held by each different club president. But with funding that is centered the same. one or two more seasons then I think SPL will be a League which will also be famous in Europe. Because even now European news media are also covering more and more of the Arab League on this one. Because there are more and more European star players joining Arab clubs. and this is indeed quite good news and makes the media that report about this matter more sought after at this time.

Yeah, if it continues like this, it's possible that the SPL could become the number 1 league in Asia beating the K-League or J1 League. Let's hope they manage this well so it won't be like the situation at CSL which only gets temporary hype and slowly gets forgotten and goes awry like Guangzhou Evergrande.

Buying the players now isn't harmful, but launching a whole new league could be. Something that could be called "The Global League" and they have the money to do it.

Was that already in the rumors? I don't think even that was in the rumors until now, so it's a pointless discussion, mate. they're not going to make a Global League, LOL.

I think the main focus of the SPL right now is to attract more attention from the football world and increase the quality of competition in the league itself. And we must also realize that there are only 4 clubs that are most actively hunting for top European players at the moment. The clubs are Al-ittihad, Al-Nassr, Al-Ahli and Al-hilal. And please also note that the four clubs are owned by the same owner. namely PIF Saudi Arabia (Public Investment Fund) which is also the owner of one of the clubs in the premier league, namely Newcastle.

That is one of their goals, to increase awareness, but not only in Europe, even across all continents as much as possible. There is some centralized control going on in the SPL, but to be honest what would you even expect from Saudi Arabia? Apart from that I still wonder whether they want to develop their own international league in the future with prize money so high that no European club could refuse to participate. That could really threaten the status quo. Buying the players now isn't harmful, but launching a whole new league could be. Something that could be called "The Global League" and they have the money to do it.

however, the Saudi clubs have great power in their finances. and bringing European players to come there is not something difficult. even if it's only 1 or 2 seasons only. Ruben is no exception, they may feel that he is still too young to leave Europe and move to Saudi Arabia.
however, clubs from the Saudi Pro League seem keen to have European players coming there. although not as competitive as in the Premier League or La Liga. with them coming, it makes the Saudi Pro League even more attractive.
Yes there is no doubt about the power of their money, and they are also not half hearted in giving big salaries. How not, they give bigger money and it's very tempting . Reasonable, if Ruben was tempted because if he plays at there then he will get a lot of money, and of course besides longer playing time.
Since the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, clubs in Saudi have received a lot of attention from the world community, especially from CR7 fans. So yes it seems they want more European players, to make the saudi league more attractive.

After Ronaldo, Benzema, and some other famous players in the world it seems Bernardo Silva is going to be the next target for the Arabian teams while, unlike these players, Bernardo Silva is not old enough yet but he still got offers from the Arabian team Al Hilal and PSg said they can't give him more than he can get in Arabian teams which can give more chance to Bernardo silva to play in Al Hilal in the next season.
Since last season actually Bernardo Silva want to leave Manchester City but Manchester City has decide to hold him but the decision is right because he can be important player for this team and bringing Manchester City to get treble winner this season and Silva has a contract until 2025 but this rumour was very hot lately especially Arabian teams had ambition want to bringing star players from europa and build up the reputation of Arabian league

Silva still 28 years old and if this summer he will leave Manchester City i think it's not difficult for him to gets new clubs and last time i have heard is some of european strong teams such as Barcelona and PSG were interested to him but Silva haven't decide his future yet and indeed everything possibly to happend and just like people said Arabian teams has money and they can tempted many players to playing at this league so probably if Silva want to find new challenge then most likely he will choose Al-Hilal as his new club

But one thing most young players don't understand is the resultant effect of leaving Europe football.  No matter the number of top European players moving to the SPL,  Europe football remains the best. Based on its standard, it adds faster to the lives of young players than the SPL which is restrictions and rules-based. Only but few will happily come to buy you Back in the SPL cuz they will feel u have a drop in worth/Value

I have been hearing this argument for quite some time now and I would like to disagree. For now, the European leagues (English Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, Eredivisie, Ligue 1, La Liga and Primeira Liga) remain as some of the top football leagues in the world. And that is definitely one of the reasons why younger players prefer to play in them. But you can't ignore the improvement made by non-European leagues such as the Saudi Professional League. My prediction is that within the next 5 years, SPL will attain the same quality as some of the top UEFA leagues.

Ronaldo participation in the Arab league leads to a number of advantageous developments. His influence has led to more media coverage and increased interest in the league among supporters. In turn this has prompted other groups to go for top players promoting healthy rivalry within the league. Given the uncertain chances of Neymar return to Barcelona Arab teams now have a rare opportunity to attract outstanding players. The rumours that Ronaldo team is interested in signing players like Carvalho and Brozovic add to the evidence that they want to improve their starting lineup. Arab teams set the way for a promising and lucrative future by continuing to build a competitive league that can draw and nurture talent especially when prospects open with Messi move to the United States.

Ruben Neves is only a star player in Wolves and he might not play well in big clubs. He is already 26-years old and he is less famous than Hulk who decided to leave Europe and played in Chinese league years ago. It is not wrong for his life if he leaves Europe and joins Saudi Professional League to receive x10 salary. If he stays in Europe, leaves Wolves and moves to a bigger club, he might face with a difficult future and even will have to spend his time on bench. So no better career and no improvement for his finance.

Ruben Neves is not a famous player like Haaland and other players but we know that even Barcelona is interested in buying it but Barcelona is constrained by financial problems this means that Ruben Neves already has a good level. In addition, Ruben might realize that there will be more European players joining the Saudi League so it is not too bad for his career progress, he is also young and has a chance in the next few years.

At the age of 26, of course, that is still a young age, and at an age that is still very productive like that, I think it is too soon to choose to play in the Saudi Professional League. But yes, if Rúben Neves chooses to get more playing time for a high fee, then playing in the Saudi Professional League is the right choice. After all, currently playing in the Saudi Professional League is also not bad, because, in the current transfer window, many great players can be confirmed to play in the Saudi Professional League next season.
He is young and has the liberty to change where he plays, even after joining Saudi Arabian professional football. That's his mentality and the mentality of some young players who find the decision of joining the league profitable.
But one thing most young players don't understand is the resultant effect of leaving Europe football.  No matter the number of top European players moving to the SPL,  Europe football remains the best. I think there is nothing wrong with Ruben Neves' decision because he is only on loan from Wolves and maybe he will be in the saudi league for another season before finally returning to the EPL. Sometimes at such a young age it will definitely be very tempting for any player if there is such a large salary offer and it is not surprising that Ruben Neves finally chose to go to the Saudi league.

Even though there were rumors related to Barcelona, Ruben Neves was reluctant to go to Camp Nou because of course there would be problems related to his salary later. For now let Ruben Neves pursue whatever he wants and for sure we will see him back with a better European team in the future.

If this news is true then Brozovic is the 2nd player who joined Al Nassr this season because previously Hakim Ziyech was included in the first negotiation
Since the last few weeks sports media has always made news about Al Nassr there are more top players on the list, these are the names that are rumored
Hakim Ziyech, Marcelo Brozovic, Wilfried Zaha, Sergio Ramos, Sergio Busquets. I estimate that at least 4 of these players will be included in the Al Nassr squad
Can you imagine if Al Nassr vs Al Ittihad next season? obviously this is like a fight in the Champions League which basically they have competed there.

It's not for busquets as he may consider to join in MLS club and play together with messi rather than try to go to the arabian league. There will be so many stars when the match between al nassr vs ittihad soon. We will see that benzema and kante against ronaldo, brozovic, etc. It's very good to see this league. I will be regularly watching this league as the more players that come to the league make me more interested with this league.
So many people are now also watching this league as well.

however, the Saudi clubs have great power in their finances. and bringing European players to come there is not something difficult. even if it's only 1 or 2 seasons only. Ruben is no exception, they may feel that he is still too young to leave Europe and move to Saudi Arabia.
