Clubs in Saudi Arabia are trying to add the best players to the squad. Players like Ronaldo and Benzema are very experienced. And Saudi clubs are trying to bring these experienced players to the club. They are not interested in young players. Yes i have seen it and read it carefully, the Government of Saudi Arabia is trying to make changes in the long term to avoid dependence on their energy resources, namely oil.
