Chelsea seems used SPL clubs as alternative ways to sell its players. I remember lukaku has been rejecting SPL club's offer as well as modric. Chelsea will sell Aubameyang and Ziyech to Arabian clubs.. Mendy looks like he'll be sold to SPL clubs.
