He's differently leaving PSG but I don't think he'll go to Saudi Arabia. I would prefer he returns to Barcelona as he has an unfinished business with them although it would look  somehow seeing Xavi coach Messi that he once played with.

@Sithara007 it’s not an official announcement because Messi's team has said that this news is not true and any decision will be taken at the end of the season. Also PSG never disrespected him and if you’re talking about that current suspension then its a right call because in the future any player would go on a leave without permission and cite Messi’s case hence it’s an right call by them to suspend Messi for breaking the club rule.
