Mediation failed in Kleinman vs Wright, it seems it's what was sealed in court yesterday.

"Apparently", here is the full and official context of the script, so no need to cite or attack the author or any other crypto related websites that reports it.

https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536.24.0.pdf

The argument was ‘according to court documents Craig committed fraud’ as was the title of the article.

Now show me in these documents where he was convicted of committing fraud.

Edit: Theymos wanting to destroy satoshis Bitcoin has everything to do with this topic because he is literally scared of what Craig Wright will do with those Bitcoins. This is a full on socialist dictatorship.

Do you agree Satoshis Bitcoins should be destroyed?

Do you believe the man who created Bitcoin should loose all his Bitcoins to someone who has no relevance other than censorship to this space?

Looks like Greg Maxwell has nothing better to do then to continue to abuse his superior powers to bend the trust system on this forum.

I am replying because in your previous post, you attack the source of the news, so I'm given the direct link so that we can eliminate the argument the source is not a lawyer so he/she shouldn't trusted. So everything is in that documents and I think we can only interpret it to satisfy our narrative.

I don't what to go into the politics or what Theymos or Greg Maxwell has to say about BSV, I made my own decisions here, but so far CSW hasn't proved anything to make me believed that he is Satoshi.

Kuya @nutildah has pointed out good arguments here and I think the community knows what CSW is trying to do, just saying.

I would merit you for this if it I didn't have to perform a reverse google image search just to make sure you weren't posting a pic of one of your own body parts.

The image was truly gleaned from the Net, opting to NOT use the same ailment found on my left NUT.

I doubt even if he was that bad he would use a computer generated font : Otto -https://www.wfonts.com/font/otto
Write Dave's name and see the outcome.

That's pretty compelling evidence of signature forgery. If U.S. courts ever have to take this into consideration for any matter, it will be especially damning against Wright. The capital D and weird checkmark of a v really give it away.

OK splashy: what's your explanation for this? We're just seeing things again? Let me guess:

Its perjury. Its lying in court. Previously he said he owned a stake in a company with Dave Kleiman, now he's saying he didn't. So was he lying then, or now? Because its definitely one or the other.

Yes Craig Wright is indeed also a fraud in other ways but we don't need court documents to know that. It's just common sense at this point.

If the court convicts him of perjury then that will just be another way in the long list of ways in which he is a fraud.

Coming soon.

Bloomberg interview with Craig Wright.
‘60 minutes’ segment with Craig Wright.

Whatever happened to this BTW? Craig's big mainstream TV debut... Oh that's right, it was also a lie, just like every other word out of his mouth.

The community wanted a simple proof to the Craig's claims that he is Satoshi? Why he didn't provide any? It's so simple and easy.. and then attempts to copyright Bitcoins' Whitepaper, without any proof again..

I can just go and copyright the Christmas just because I say I'm Santa. I can prove it by providing a picture of me in a Santa's clothes.

I thought I would address this as well. Not only did Wright admit that he changed the blog entry, I've tracked down both archived versions of the entry for your comparison:

Original, snapshot taken June 2, 2014: https://web.archive.org/web/20140602022658/http://gse-compliance.blogspot.com.au/2008_08_24_archive.html

Edited, snapshot taken May 25, 2015: https://web.archive.org/web/20150525013625/http://gse-compliance.blogspot.com/2008_08_24_archive.html

You can see in the 5th blog post down (the one in question) he clearly added the sentence "I have a cryptocurrency paper out soon." somewhere between June 2014 and May 2015.

Snapshots from 2014 and 2015 about a 2008 blogpost. This does not hold up, this is nothing.

It proves Craig edited a blog entry previous to the release of the Bitcoin white paper to make it appear he had written it. This is you upon seeing evidence that Craig is a fraud:

All your arguments about your pesant mate claiming Craig is a fraud prior to the Florida courts... also nothing.

So you're just going to steamroll over the other sources I listed that all imply the exact same thing in order to continue being racist. Gotcha.

How do you explain Craig having (as proven in court) 56 million dollars worth of btc in 2013?

It wasn't "proven in court." It was a statement he made in a lawsuit he filed, which was subsequently dismissed. Thanks for reminding me about something, though. During this time, Craig went through a lot of trouble to forge Kleiman's signature and backdate documents to make it look like they had entered contractual agreements (that never existed):

Btw why does socialist dictator theymos (who’s got some power on this forum) now want to take away satoshis bitcoin?

Red flag for the core boys.

This is off-topic nonsense. Stop changing the subject, or better yet stop commenting if it upsets you so much.

On the other hand, will we be so lucky as to NOT have to hear new phoney baloney from this fraudster while he is locked up, in the event that locking up occurs.  His other lawsuits might dry up too, if we were so lucky to be relieved of his ongoing misrepresentations and distractions.

We can only hope... I don't see him coming out of this saving face.

Look at the beginning of your thread, you don’t understand hearsay evidence. You’ve taken a photo from 2015 from a blogpost that was created in 2008 and have taken it at face value.

That was an interesting read! Thanks for putting everything together!
I was sure he was a conman because he had not provided any cryptographic proof for his claim and because he is acting in such a childish way; I wouldn't be surprised if even his degree is forked.*

Seems like there are many more juicy details though!
It's good that we have a single thread to pinpoint people to when we need to explain them the situation.

*PS: lol my guess was close enough after all!

Why the hell are exchanges still listing Bitcoin SV.

Like, your reputation is somewhat attached to the projects you list, and you want to attach yourself to someone whose nickname is literally 'Faketoshi?'.

Seriously, this guy is the opposite of what crypto is about. Crypto is bigger than a single person, it is about decentralisation, and this guy keeps trying to make it about him so he can claim credit for Bitcoin and make cash off it. Glad he is being exposed for what he is.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
He was a goddamn food vendor coordinator in 2017, he’s not a lawyer, he’s a goddamn peasant, and you’re stupid enough to site him.

What you are doing is a classic example of attacking the source and not the facts. Here are some other sources that all imply the same thing (Wright committed perjury). You can attack the nationality and background of their authors one by one if you must:

Wright is headed to court on June 28th. We'll have to wait until then to see what happens:

Whoaza!!!

Seems that the luck of that scamster, Craig Wright, is running low or out, perhaps, and if he shows up in court, as ordered, he may well NOT be able to leave, so he might not show up in court on 6/28 and thereby become a fugitive of the law, like McAfee - but even McAfee has more credibility than the CSW sack of shit liar.

On the other hand, will we be so lucky as to NOT have to hear new phoney baloney from this fraudster while he is locked up, in the event that locking up occurs.  His other lawsuits might dry up too, if we were so lucky to be relieved of his ongoing misrepresentations and distractions.

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it

No, but Craig has Submitted under oath the first 70 btc mined transactions. here’s the chance for all you Twitter law graduates to take him down for fraud.

Quote
Craig Wright, who claims he is Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto, was dealt a blow by a Florida court yesterday after they granted a motion to compel him to prove his bitcoin holdings by Monday. He has also been summoned to the federal court by the end of the month, where he will need to speak under oath.

The motion is part of a lawsuit filed against Wright by the estate of Dave Kleiman, a deceased entrepreneur, over claims Wright misappropriated billions of dollars of bitcoin (1.1 million BTC) through a complicated multi-year partnership with Kleiman earlier this decade.

To assess the claim, the Courts requested last month that Wright, an Australian computer scientist, produce records of his private bitcoin addresses as of December 2013.

The new motion to compel means that if Wright fails to comply now, he will be held in contempt of court, which could be a criminal act and punishable by a fine or jail time. It also means the Court has dismissed Wright's explanation that he cannot obtain the bitcoin address information because it is controlled by a blind trust.

Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending

Apparently?!

That’s the problem, and I quoted this article last night, you are trusting a writer who is not a lawyer and situated in a country where he is making less than 10$ a day. These ‘journalists’ are paid to dictate the news, not report the news. They have no standard as to what the facts are but are rather paid by a higher source to relay on the standard. Why would some journalist in India be able to conclude that Craig Wright is a fraud prior to an American court of law? You cite these sources and take them at face value. Didn’t Iowa state University teach you this?

Look at the beginning of your thread, you don’t understand hearsay evidence. You’ve taken a photo from 2015 from a blogpost that was created in 2008 and have taken it at face value.

You literally don’t strike me as a stupid guy, but with all the misinformation on the internet (especially regarding Craig Wright) its insanely easy to side with the majority. The majority isn’t necessarily right mate, just remember what brought you boys to this space in the first place.  You’re selling yourself out interpreting journalism as factual evidence.

Edit: let’s take a deeper look into the author of this article: here’s his LinkedIn

Here’s his reference:
