You can definitely sell your rubies.  It goes through a process and I can't get that started until you send back the funds.

I have explained to you.  I am trying to receive the funds back and then restart the transaction so I can process it properly. 

they insist that I will send the 0.2 BTC first and only then I can sell the 20k RBIES for the same 0.2 BTC I have already huh they insist on double fees

I dont see any reason to send the 0.2 BTC back and then to initiate a RBIES deal for the same amount. one can see what they want to achieve.

I am asking again for trusted members to read this scam accusation and give MP owners the red trust they earn. they promised to buy the RBIES and now again they start a dirty game to avoid to buy RBIES back

the behavior of MP is getting very weird now. please let me explain in short and I can prove it to any trusted member anytime

I have send an email to MP support as always and asked for a RBIES address. I received the addy and send 20k RBIES. the answer was that  it will take them up to 24 hours to send me the BTC

I have send another email and asked if I shall send another 10k RBIES to the same address or they will send me a new address.
No answer! I have send another mail asking if I shall send the 10k RBIES to same address

48 hours gone and no BTC and no answer! I have send another mail:
please answer if you gonna pay the BTC for my 20k RBIES?

also where to send the 10k I wanna sell? to a new address or the same

I reopened the Scam accusation with the explanation why I opened it

This was an error on my part

We can re-initialize a new transaction for the rubies afterwards.

they did not send the BTC till now and they dont answer my mails! that is a real Shame

You have made a valid point by making them keep to their word and a lesson to the MoneyPot admin or DogeDigital not to make promises they are not sure what the future is going to look like. If they had known, they would have put a disclaimer that they would only be able to cover only up to a certain benchmark and that would have saved a lot of all these troubles.

Truth be told the reason why they are holding their own end is because of the ongoing ICO which they dont want to taint because not been able to keep to their word and of they cant do that for what happen in the past, how can I trust them for the one they are making now?.

However, I think you should cut them some slack on how you are going about this whole thing because its starting to look at an intentional attitude which might be regarded as FUD and the moment that happens, you lose the moral ground for what you are asking. My humble opinion on what is going on.

first of all thx for the straight forward posting.

Moneypot mad many promises and did not keep them even till today. Dogedigital will not like it but if he would be smart he woul dadmit it and start from scratch with keeping the promises and think before he promises something. I remember well when almost 1 year ago when he promised to buy back RBIES for the floor price of 1000 Satoshi. I asked very confused what does "always" mean? Dogedigital answered very sarcastic and very arrogant that it means

also @Dooglus asked how can he give such a promise? and he didnt answer him

Dogedigital needs to learn to keep promises and need to learn to think before he gives promises. as he is according to himself an experienced businessman I agree to remember him and let him keep his promises. IMO nothing wrong with that

regarding the ICO I have to say that I did not know that they will do an ICO but they knew it and if they knew they are going out with a big ICO they should build trust first by keeping old promises and build up from there.

Dogedigital is trying to let it look like intentional and against the ICO. Wrong! sorry to say that because I really appreciate your input. to be frank this ICO had no chance as it was very bad prepared. 2 years with empty promises and 2 years needed for V2 and all promises like RBIES and other alt coins to implement and then rushing to implement the V2 because of the hasty decision to do an ICO. just take a look how many apps changed to V2 and how many complaints are there that there are many bugs. 6 apps changed to V2 and before there were 1000 + apps. the normal way would have been to switch to V2 long ago to help all app owners to switch to V2 and then sit back and take a look if all works fine and only then to go out for the ICO. sadly they didnt ask me before cause I would have told them how to do it.

ask yourself why famous apps like Bubblesbit - Vegascasinobits - BetterBets - Dragon casino - Coinmillions etc did not yet switch to V2?

there is no FUD in my statements but Dogedigital is telling his followers JPR is telling FUD and trying to cover his mistakes. I am not his floor mat where he can clean his dirty feet

did you see that RHavar, Dooglus, Stunna,Bitsler or some other serious casino owners locked so many threads like Moneypot owners did? they didnt lock even one thread cause they knew how to handle support issues

why did MP close the Slack channel that works fine for everyone but not for MP? did RHavar pre MP owner close the Slack channel? No
all this is not serious business behavior. why does an app owner go to the forum and ask important stuff about V2 codes or API? or head dev is posting in forum that he will help app owners to switch to V2? please check here

instead a RBIES address I received an email from Moneypot support with an impertinent request. I promised to declare this scam accusation thread as solved for now and thats what I did. I also removed red trust connected to the RBIES scam accusation

in case that Moneypot will go on with their dirty game I will reopen this scam accusation and give again the red trust. I keep my word

I am asking Moneypot again to start keeping their promises without any delays, dirty games and attacks. just keep your promises.

you can read back if I attacked someone here without being attacked before. I will always mirror them. for example did I ever say to RHavar Moron? or that anyone is spreading FUD?

Why do you act like a 5 year old, do you think that moneypot just waits for your emails all day and they don't have other clients to deal with, grow up and stop acting like a child. support response to any email is between 24-48 hours for most sites and that is reasonable for a huge site like that, If I was part of that team I would make sure all of the funds you have and stop any future business with someone as stupid as you are.

I received after 24 hours the address where to send the RBIES and this mail also said that they will need up to 24 hours from the moment they receive the RBIES to send me the BTC

very disappointing for me because 24 hours to send me the address and up to another 24 hours to send me the BTC is unacceptable. hehe and no weekend!  this is clearly intended because I can prove with the deals before how quick it was done.
