It can affect to the ethereum price also. Because if the scammer have a lot of ethereum and they decide to sell it for sure the proce of the etjereum will dump the value. Remember scammer have a lpt of xoins because theu scam people with thousand of dollars.
Sadly, so sadly. But I think that your statement may be true. Scammers are everywhere and they are too smart in utilizing the smart contract of ETH or other technologies. They know the chance of inviting the investors to them and then leave them with the coins that they already got. However, ETH is still in that very sad price, Looking at the price right now, it is very drastic dropped. I don't know it will need how many months to recover.

The scammers you mentioned in your topic are the ICO project scam, right?. And I belive that the ICO scam project will dominate the price of ETH if the project is invested a lot of money by the investors. And the other thing that the ICO project has lost the belief about the market and will panic sell all ETH to cut loss.
l totally agree with you mate . there are lot project in the crypto space that have well structured project vision in dilllusion all these happens because there is no regulation of ico , and many bounty hunter promote this project in the name of been paid by the project token or coin as the case may be or even with ETh which also lead to many investors believe in such project. this act have affected the price of eth and eth is yet to maintain the second position on the coin market

yes you are right but for me, the main factors that affect above all reasons are the massive dumping of the Ethereum holders including the investors who are afraid to lose further.

I believe so because it losses the confidence of traders and investors to invest more due to the proliferation of ico scams. Now the problem proliferates day by day and no solution was provided, this is the sad thing in crypto world.

You mean ICOs that are scammers? Because ICOs are constantly selling their collected Ether tokens so thats why price of Ether is still falling the whole year.

Yes, scammer will dump the ETH they stole because they only want quick money.
That is why we must take any way to do our own research before we want to enter a new project.
Another thing that made ETH price drop is because ICO companies want to sell their ETH to pay development fee of their project.

Yes scammers can actually affect the prices of a coin and ethereum is no exception from this. If people are losing their coins to scammers from a particular project then you can be sure that they are going to want to move away from that coin and people are not going to want to invest in them. it is one of the major problems we face as cryptocurrency investors
I guess I want to agree with you to some extent,these scammers has caused a lot of disorder in the crypto sphere causing a dip in the value of ETH especially.
