Scammers also changes their strategy how to trick people or how to make them fall in their traps, that is why a lot of investors and bounty hunters already gave up from participating in new projects nowadays because it is worthless, so it is better to focus in other things to earn more crypto like joining in signature campaign, trading and so on.

Just how many of us evolve or adapt to changes, they too have to adjust. It's like a game and whoever has more knowledge has the edge. People often gets scammed because of their ignorance and their greed.

I don't know anyone who said that scammers can't come up with a good project and will use it to scam in the end. Like I said above, there are different level of scammers.

if they are not smart, they are not scammers, but that does not mean smart people are scammers, usually scammers have a solid team to promote their projects out, sometimes they dare to pay a large enough cost to catch more investors, like inviting famous people in crypto or make a poster photo meeting with important people in crypto which even though it just happened to ask for a photo, this often happens and it looks funny, they know the weaknesses of people in the crypto world that is giving them dreams of getting rich quick, because honestly I have the principle that we will never be rich without working hard, unfortunately those who are stuck on scam projects do not have this principle, so they are always tempted to get rich quick, weak people like this who are easily fooled
