I don't even think they need to do that? They just need to promise a large return and for some reason people stop getting oxygen to their brain. You can see some things are scams yet people invest. They deserve what they get and I feel nothing for their loss. People who invest in scams are destroying crypto. That money could be put to far better use bit people are not interested since legit projects don't promise high returns and people want to hear lies. They want to hear thy will get high returns.

I agree with your opinion that scammers are smart people because they have proven capable of deceiving many investors who have invested in scam projects. if scammers are not smart people then what they want to do will be very easy to see and know about the plans they want to commit fraud against investors because investors also have a lot of smart people.

Yes some scammers are smart but if people join crypto world they should do research and this will really make the scam precent to be lowered, i never get scammed by this scams and i not trust this platforms who promise huge profit.

Scammers have some ranks if you want to summarize it, there are some who can manage to steal a few bucks, some others are stealing about a hundred grand. Scammers are evolving as a smart people, they can create good projects to lure the investors and majority of them are successful for their goal to scam others. How to prevent ending up to become a victim? Extensive reseach and knowledge are needed to avoid the scam projects, be wise enough to know whats true or not because no one can help you but yourself.

Scammer can do everything but never those can be real project. For reputation any project can't accept any partnership with scammers and top exchange won't support. Any tactics can be applied in bull currency market. Scam project is much lower than probability success project. Many project is on now either success or unsuccess.

If you ain't smart, you can't succeed as a scammer, they are very smart, funny, tactical and they know the right moment to strike. They can go as far as creating fake website and everything just to make it look so real for people to fall victims, that's how smart they can be

Scammers are really that smart, that is why they managed to trick a lot of people by just creating an project just to steal other people's money. I think if scammers have already created a new plan to trick or to scam other people, the best way is just to avoid new projects for now because most of them are not good anymore, unlike in the year 2017 every ICO projects is successful, that is why investors and bounty hunters increased.
