Holding your coins for longterm is good because for sure if you sell your coins you lose your money.

In my own opinion, I will say I will be holding because i have lost so much that i don't have an option to sell than to hold until things recovers and get better.

Not all altcoins are worth keeping. Yes, if the market begins to grow, many altcoins will grow in price, but useless tokens are not few and their price will not change with time. Such coins are better to sell now.Some I am selling my altcoins and some I am holding it. I am selling it when I have a news about those altcoins that will make it down but for some altcoin, I decide to hold it because I get the news about the project that I think the project is good.
Why would you sell your coins at loss? or you sell them and then buy at low price again? For me, it is very difficult to make a sell decision in this market when chances of reversal are very high.

My strategy in this bear market is to hodl my cryptos to avoid losses and wait for its rises then buy those cryptos that has potential to rise at low cost.
I will advice to hold your altcoin and be patience, and when the price gets high and if you think that you can get much gain to sell your coins so sell your coins.
