If you are loosing not too much regarding Eth, then better to sell some of weak coins. You will see a much loss in USD, but don't forget that Eth price is also at all time low this year. Keep your Eth for longer time and get out when it will gain in USD.

HODL have so far been the worst strategy so far in 2018. The 2 other options, selling and actively trading, have been way better option than HODL. It was a sound strategy in 2017 when we have no restrictions on who could buy, since the mass buying from people just kept building the values of alts until you felt like moving out.

I will hold for long term & never sell in this dip, my portfolio is already more than 90% down so I will sell I will get nothing.

Why I will sell for nothing, I think it will be better to hold coins for long term & will never sell in panic.
