Yes I definitely do that the value of Bitcoin is developing a lot and it will definitely reach some good too early and huge development in the end of this year will be happen so selling Oliver currency to invest in Bitcoin is very good idea in this current developing situation.

I don't think this is all a good reason. because basically people want to sell altcoins and replace them with bitcoin. because they don't want to experience a loss. moreover the state of bitcoin and altcoin is quite different. then there will be more and more that will turn altcoin into bitcoin.

Altcoins investment are good
But bitcoin investment are better

When there is a bull run, altcoins dump as bitcoin pumps and then sequentially pick up later

You need to equate your research information and be spot on regarding your trade options

Irrespective of my respect for Bitcoin, i don't think I will sell all my altcoins for Bitcoin.
Yes, Bitcoin is a good coin with huge potentials at the same time it pays to hold other altcoins like ETH so as to maximize all that the crypto space offers.
In my own opinion, you can split your holdings; a larger percentage to Bitcoin and the other to altcoins and vice versa.

Wouldn't be such a bad idea seeing that bitcoin is still going to pump and in the process, the altcoins will most likely bleed even further. Hinging your assets on btc and weathering the storm will be a good move. It will return better value in the process and you will have the opportunity of gaining more altcoins when you want to convert back.

sometimes I do that. not my all of the altcoins. I sell my altcoins to BTC if BTC price is higher than the ETH price. for a little more profit. actually, in some points, I also feel it's a good idea because BTC is stable than the ETH.

Is it advisable to put all your eggs in one basket? What you are recommending is not pro advice for beginner or even advance investor in cryptocurrency. By holding several coins and Bitcoins, you diversify the risk involve in losing all your money at a go in case Bitcoins get crashed.

Bitcoin was able in the last day to raise the price by $ 1000, while the price of altcoins remained almost in place. But to sell all altcoins, I would not recommend it. Soon will start the growth of altcoins and then you will be sorry that they sold.

Indeed there are doubts going on at the moment, if we want to sell altcoins and buy bitcoin. because now the movement towards good growth is underway and continues to lead to improvement. so it's a shame if you do that, besides your altcoin, it's quite a lot. bitcoin and altcoin are currently leading to growth and it is better to do research first to sell your altcoins.

from the market movement currently, i doubt if there is any future for altcoins. they are moving proportionally to bitcoins like before. the last bull market saw bitcoin at 10,000k while ethereum was at 500usd and bitcoin cash was at 1500. currently, these altcoins are all below 400 usd. i don't think we will see much move in altcoin during this current bull run.

I bought altcoins a while back. Example coins such as waves and powerledger.  I also have bitcoin cash from the fork etc.

I bought altcoins back then thinking hey if btc goes up, altcoins will go up more.  Of all the altcoins i ever bought, not one altcoin I have is higher than the current price i bought it at.  Every coin i bought whether it was the huge bull run or before it, such as waves, I'm down money.  Well technically not down as most of these coins, i just hold.  I did sell some though.  The only coin i did buy that is up now is litecoin... but i have none of that now because i sold those a while back.  That's right the one altcoin i sold would be in profit now.

Also if you look at the prices with bitcoin, its like many of the altcoins i hold, they are not even going up compared to bitcoin at all.  They are either same price or dropping.  Does anyone here think its best to sell all your altcoins for btc?  I heard tons of things about waves.  Yet nothing happening to the price except going down.

Also when i say altcoins, i know it means every other coin but bitcoin.  But i mean specifically like those altcoins that are not in the top 20.  I mean when you look at ETH, bitcoin cash, litecoin, i think these are legit as prices correlate to btc price.  But if you look at those altcoins especially that is not in top 50 for example, many prices have dropped.  I bought coins where price is still down 90% or so.

Now if you say yes, what about bitcoin cash?  Or say bitcoin sv or bitcoin gold?

Because the more i think about it, if cryptocurrency goes up very high, well it seems like there's only a few coins only that could do that?  Thus bitcoin, litecoin, eth, bitcoin cash, dash, monero or say bitcoin sv?  I heard ripple is centralized so can't imagine it being the standard.  I mean if there were only 3 coins left... what would that list have to be?  I would figure its bitcoin, bitcoin cash and litecoin.  If i had to include a few more, probably ETH and Dash.

I back then also wanted to get coins like funfair, edgeless and a few other altcoins.  But now when i look at it, isn't it basically throwing money away?  I think if i were to buy more crypto now, the only coin i would buy is bitcoin, litecoin or bitcoin cash.  Maybe dash and monero. .

Thoughts on all of this?

I have done it like you said ... I have sold the altcoin assets that I have ... because the price of bitcoin continues to increase ... and now the right time for us to invest in the form of bitcoin ... so we can take advantage of the next few months ... I hope what we do is in accordance with our expectations ... now the price of bitcoin has reached $ 10,000 more / 1 BTC ... and will continue to increase ..

Bitcoin's grown up a lot today. I don't think it's worth selling altcoins now, because together with Bitcoin, altcoins has started to grow.
Alts that have good developing team and projects that have real usage will prosper after this bitcoin pumped, if you can hold and wait for your alts to rise or to bounce back it will gives good compensations, investors always needs to assess and analyze every potentials before making any deals inside this market don't rush it out and sell your alts review and observe first.

In as much as Bitcoin is always profitable or rather good for holding, I also think it is wise to keep some altcoins. But in this case, shouldn't be untrusted altcoins but coins that are worth holding like ETH and so on.
In my opinion, since you would like to hold Bitcoin, hold a later percentage of it and a little percentage of altcoins; altcoins are worth holding no matter what.

it looks like we are now worshiping bitcoin, whereas in the past we have started to lose confidence when the price of bitcoin is down, investment and trading is a matter of strategy and patience

simple from me, if you want to take a long-term investment and hold you will better choose BTC.
but when you want trading, altcoin is the main choose from it.
the best solution is make ypur asset 50:50 for BTC and Altcoin, all clear.

I will not sell all my altcoins for bitcoin and I only sell altcoins which I think lack potential in the future, and some altcoins that don't need to be sold are ethereum bnb and litecoin I am not worried about these three altcoins.

there are some altcoins that I have already sold and already bought Bitcoin ... and until now I still keep bitcoin from selling the altcoins that I have ... but not all of the altcoins can I sell because the price of some of the altcoins I have is very cheap and even a case of no value at all ... even though the project has just been listing in a market ... but the price continues to decline from day to day ... and in my opinion right now it's time we sell assets to buy bitcoin ...

With the rise of BTC, the best Alt Coin performers are going to be BCH and LTC.  Especially LTC before the halving.  LTC has so much more room to gain.
