You could buy bitcoin now, the price is a little lower now. But you could also wait a little longer, because the price will get lower this month. Bitcoin could drop to 10K, that would be the right time to buy. By March the price will be up again, probably around 30K. It's not a bad idea to buy Ethereum too. This altcoin will grow for sure in this new year.

I think if we see the past performance of BTC, then it is the ideal investment for long term. But if you want better stable ROI in less time, then ETH is a good option. With many pending scaling improvements, ETH is sure to rock this year!

Good advice agree with you. Now the right time for buy some btc but shouldn't spend all deposit. And hold some fiat for buy btc when it will fall lowest level between 7...10k

Remember to buy a coin that you can actually use and is cheap to use, so you don't need to have to convert it all the time to something else which just makes you keep paying more fees and creates more hassle.

i believe it depends on your financial, if you have a lot of money you can buy bitcoin, it is very profitable coin because it is still rising every year, but you dont have much money, you can invest in altcoins instead, that is a good way to earn profit too.

This will be your own decision in the end and because of that you should make investigation alone and decide which coin can bring you more profit in the end. No doubt that both of this coins will rise in the future cause of the fellow investors which are attracted to this coins. BTC has big fluctuations right now and because of that for many people term "buy" represents a big risk. Ethereum is more stable and fluctuations are much lower but in the long term, BTC can be the good choice if you are willing to keep it for a while. It is your choice in the end and I would recommend to you to choose wisely with the proper knowledge about the market situation.

Yes you can buy BTC but if you invested in other crypto too than probability would increase to get profit from investment.
you could go for ETH, DASH, BCH because we have seen high increase in price of these coin last month.
