The users who I mentioned previously are very active in chat and both of them usually ask players to contact live support when players experience an issue.
You should try harder to get in touch with the live support if you want to get faster responses for them.
If you are waiting only without trying to remind them about your case, it may take longer as maybe they get many emails on their support system so your issue might be missed.
Thank you for all your healthy suggestions my friend geared towards helping me to successfully verify my account, because as of today, I was able to once again try live support, and luckily I think I got a response from a real human who told me to wait 24hrs, as team will review my case and get back to me in 24hrs. And as such, I think all I could do is just get patience and wait a little while just as been told. But however, I promise to keep updating you guys on how my entire process goes.






I have not received any response from them since February 5th. I knocked them today as well.
Let's be patience, I think that's the best we can do. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

@PlaySherbet and the entire Sherbet team, I just want to ask a question regarding the paused signature campaign. It's been over a month and 3 weeks (if my calculation is accurate) since the campaign was officially paused by the campaign manager due to a lack of funds to cover up the campaign payment.
 
I was part of the campaign and it was a good time working with you guys, so my question here now is: has the team forgotten they have an uncleared debt for the signature participants or that the payment is not yet in their budget? I have not seen any statement in respect to that for a very long time now, which looks as if it's not a big concern to you guys at all.

I was also a part of the Sherbet signature campaign before it was closed and as a participant it has been a thing if suspense to me as to when the debt owed us would be cleared by the Sherbet team as we are not getting any information from them regarding to that. At least a reply patterning to this questions raised by @ever-young could serve as a succor to all the participants owed instead of leaving us in the dark to our fate.  Right from 23rd of December 2023 till date is necessary enough to inquire to know what's the plan of the Sherbet team about our payment.

UPDATE: I wish to use this medium to thank you for reaching out to the management team on my behalf regarding this issue, but I'm sorry to report back to you Sir that nothing has been done over it, as the casino keeps telling me "Contact customer support team", and it's already 13 days I made this complaints and sent both Mail to the customer support team and O.P, and I'm yet to get a response from any of them.

Note: I noticed that the O.P who happens to be a co-owner of Sherbet was online today, and im yet to hear a word from him.

So, I will be very glad if you can help me reach out to the management team once again Sir.

Yeah chat support and in-game chat are totally different, but the one who responds from live chat support is also same person in the game chat. The chat moderator and live support representative are similar I mean, they're also active in the game chat, not just in live support. And I think they're more active in the game chat compared to live chat support. This is based on my experience with this casino.
I experienced the same thing when I tried the live chat support, the bot comes most of the time and real support is rare to come.
Not really sure about how is it going recently as my last experience was on early January but I hope it is improved a lot so any player who needs help from real support get faster responses.
There is actually one more possible trick to get faster response, add those admins as our friend so we can send private message but of course our friend request should be accepted first in order to sent private message.

I believe live chatbox is different from live support.  Anyone can access the live support by simply clicking the support on the upper right corner (near the sign in text) of the page.  You do not need to meet certain wager to access it.  There are a couple of questions to be answered that are guided by a bot, and after answering the question, the bot will direct you to available support staff.

You should inform Sherbet team about this even though you don't have any complaints about this. Because, everyone won't take it in the same way as the way you are considering it. You were lucky there with the free balance, but it was limited by the terms. Still the $100 free balance is better than nothing. Do you have any idea why you received this exclusive bonus?
I have no idea why I got the bonus because I did not play much at sherbet, but if I have to guess it is related to the delay on the prize distribution of their slot competitions.
I guess like that because I received the bonus 1-2 days after I received the prize and previously OP also said that he will give extra tips because of the delay but I did not see the other winners of the contest who talk about the same bonus.
Hopefully they read about this and consider to change the terms so it will not make any confusion, if there is a limit that can be withdrawn from such bonus, it should be added in the terms.

Anyway, I just noticed that there is challenges to hit specific multiplier under the Quests tab.
Unfortunately, I have to say that all the challenges are not attractive if I look at the target multiplier and the reward.

I took the screenshot few seconds after I claimed the $50 bonus, that's why I thought that I can win unlimited amount as long as I can complete the wagering requirement.
Here is the story for the bonus in few steps:
- Claimed the $50
- Played some slots and managed to turn $50 into $600+
- When it was few dollars more to wager to complete the requirement, my balance was $450+
- When I played the last game, the game reloaded/refreshed by itself (seems to the the exact time when I have completed the requirement) and my $450+ disappeared.
- I noticed there is a notification in the bonus tab, so I open it and there is a button to claim without any information about how much to claim.
- Clicked the the button and I received notification that I get $100 reward.


Congratulations on completing the task but I feel sorry for the anti-climatic experience since I believe you are expecting a $450 win but instead the casino only gives you $100.  I think the representative of the casino should explain why they capped your winning to $100  when on the information on the screenshot taken that there is this "-" sign on the max win.  For us, this simply means that there is no cap on the max win unless there are terms that cite that they had capped this promotion to a $100 max win.

Have you inquired about this experience to the support staff?  I believe they can give you a detailed explanation about this.

Despite winning big and completing the bonus requirements fast the casino's rules capped your actual winnings at $100. This means even if you had more you couldn't cash it out which can be disappointing. But still win is a win and that's something to celebrate! Haha I haven't experienced winning a bonus with those kinds of wagering requirements.
I have not check the terms but if this is in the terms then it's the reality. Casinos also need to protect their business.

Basically the term says that there is no max claim for the bonus I received some time ago, I thought that the "max claim" here means that there is no limit that I can withdraw from the bonus once I completed the wagering requirement.
