Maybe that means the maximum winnings that can be claimed (max Claim). Did it initially say max claim $100 or was there no information like in the picture? So what is your final balance before you withdraw, can you not withdraw the entire balance or is the balance reset to $100 when you have met the wager required?
I have seen several times that the bonuses given by casinos have a maximum amount that can be withdrawn. So in my opinion this is a normal thing and maybe the casino doesn't want it if the user turns out to be lucky enough and wins a lot of $ from the bonuses they give.
There is no information about the amount that can be claimed, as you can you in the picture which is written as "-"
I took the screenshot few seconds after I claimed the $50 bonus, that's why I thought that I can win unlimited amount as long as I can complete the wagering requirement.
Here is the story for the bonus in few steps:
- Claimed the $50
- Played some slots and managed to turn $50 into $600+
- When it was few dollars more to wager to complete the requirement, my balance was $450+
- When I played the last game, the game reloaded/refreshed by itself (seems to the the exact time when I have completed the requirement) and my $450+ disappeared.
- I noticed there is a notification in the bonus tab, so I open it and there is a button to claim without any information about how much to claim.
- Clicked the the button and I received notification that I get $100 reward.
