Well personally I have no issue with the prizes and I doubt that they would want to scam or tarnish their reputation like that so its not really an issue for me regarding that but the KYC really pisses me off. If they do actually require KYC on their site there should be atleast some sort of notification or warning before a player create an account or before they made a deposit onto the site so I really wanna know their stance on this
Casinos with licenses will have to obey with AML/ KYC and I believe you are in cryptocurrency market, cryptocurrency gambling industry with enough experience to know that casinos can ask KYC on users anytime. It is in their Terms of Services and they have points in their ToS that in some conditions, they will ask KYC even their casino is not KYC mandatory.

Identity verification is not mandatory but just like any other custodial service that has the typical KYC/AML policies for compliance, they can ask for it anytime if they deemed so -- pretty sure you can find this on their terms of service. And I think that's what happened in your case.
KYC/ AML is mandatory with platforms and difference is only how they enforce KYC, AML on their platform. They might have those KYC/ AML terms but sometimes don't enforce it too strictly.

But if they do it too softly, they will face with lawsuit and expensive fee like Binance had to pay months ago.

Maybe the KYC request is given by the system randomly or because of certain conditions, but in the past I have made withdrawals without being asked to fill in KYC. But now I have filled KYC at Sherbet and they never bother me by sending repeated promotions in emails, so I don't feel bothered

Maybe you were unlucky because you didn't get a big win from the contest prize they launched, hopefully in 2025 you can win there. Lol  Cheesy . Even though several times the Sherbet management was late in distributing the prizes, I never doubted that they would definitely give the prizes. Hopefully sherbet management will launch another contest or challenge, because that would be fun

Logged in today in order to play with my remaining cents in my account Smiley but surprisingly I got a $50 bonus with 15x wager requirement.

Used the bonus to play my favorite game Razor Shark, when my balance is down to $11, luckily I hit 1002x with a lucky gold coin.
It give me $200+ win because my basebet is $0.2, but I'm still on the long way to complete the wagering requirement.

I got mine as well, thanks but hey while you are here reading and answering questions then I would love to ask you about KYC. Whats the deal with KYC on your site? is it mandatory because it just feels silly that I have to complete KYC for small amount withdrawal.

I used to have around $22 of my own balance which I cant withdraw due to KYC then my account was credited with $30 I believe, which I cant withdraw as well so I decided to take my chances on slots hoping to turn it into decent amount before I decided to even complete KYC. Another issue just happened with my account, I have been verified weeks ago and now sherbet ask me to do KYC again?
This notification message appears when I tried to withdraw the prize I've just received (FYI, I've played some and even lost 30% of the prize):

So how can I do another KYC if the start verification button is no longer active for me since I've completed it weeks ago?
KYC twice...never thought this is possible,  guess that's why the button is greyed not to be able to do it twice and needs intervention from support, just hope this is resolved by support asap.

I think you need to contact their support and ask the reason why you have to undergo another KYC verification when you already done it.  It is possible that it is a system glitch or maybe the amount you are withdrawing needs a higher level of KYC.  Regardless I think contacting the support staff is the best thing to do to know the reason behind.

But most likely it was from the crash contest where I secured the 4th/5th place. I'm planning to withdraw the $10 but the minimum withdrawal is $20 because I know what will happen next. Therefore, I have to gamble it
You can hold it and wait for luck to win another price to withdraw it if you don't want to gamble. If you can not wait, only one choice, gamble with it like you do. By gambling, no regret of loss and consider that $10 is like free spins for you to play on Sherbet.

Nothing serious if you consider that $10 like this, you will simply enjoy some small bets even can not make the $10 to be bigger.

Or if he is lucky he can win a bigger amount from the $10 tip.  Who knows, win happens when one least expected it.
