So you cannot assure that game and round players will be paid?
The games and rounds will be rewarded directly to the sherbet accounts. So without the management crediting it, is impossible.

Working with Sherbet for a few years, I am sure that this is another delay caused by their traveling, attending event or things like that. Once the management will return, I am sure they will settle all due. With Sherbet it happened many times. But every time they came back with paying all outstanding due.
Delay in payment is never a big issue when a company runs a contest, but I think the only problem Sherbet and it's management team is having is "lack of communication", because if only had it's forum representative come up to tell everybody payment is likely to be delayed, I'm sure everybody's mind would have been at rest, but their failure to communicate effectively is simply the reason for the whole panicking up and down everywhere. Hence for me, I think it will be wise if we can hear one or two word from the forum representative when next he/she comes online, because it's been 7 days since last he came online (7th Jan, 2024).
I am in contact directly with the owners. So, when they come online and write to me, then I am responding - this way you are hearing the quote from the higher management. I will again request the community to have patience and give them the time. Maybe they are attending an event and away from the office for the time. Once they come back, I am sure they will give me a response.

A platform like this  will not escrow funds because they want to try sell their products to you and me by visiting their site and probably playing there in the process when they credit accounts with funds..it's a clever marketing strategy as far as I know...

Delay payment for few days is normal but for weeks is not acceptable whatever the reason is because it shows how unprofessional they are in hosting a competition in this forum. Actually it is contradictive while they can offer daily $1000 competition without issues (at least I do not find any complaint related to the daily $1000 competition) but on the other side they do it badly in this forum for weekly competition with smaller prize pool.
My concern too, on their site these are paid without problems but here on the forum it's a whole different story and wonder where the problem  really is...??


I know escrowing prizes is to prevent situation like this but If they don't escrow the prize there's still some participant who will join the contest especially when the contest is free like the one they are currently running.
I don't know what other competition they are running here, but the last required users using their own money to flay and chase those high multipliers unless you meant the price prediction game which I thought has-been paused for some time now...

I can only recommend escrowing the prizes if there's an entry fee or something similar. But for now it doesn't matter if the prizes are escrowed; the issue here is that they need to settle the prizes. Otherwise, their reputation here in BitcoinTalk is already in complete miss due to the way they handle this promotion here in BitcoinTalk.

Even on Twitter they were running a contest where the winner is chosen based on zero likes of reply. Now that contest seems to be completely abandoned and it appears they don't care about it at all.

IMO, they should be aware of these cases. Since they already held so many campaign should be a whole department know about these topic unless this is the first time they're make a contest on BTT.

Getting more than a weeks for price to be distributed is just not giving us a good vibe. Usually 1-2 or max 3.
I almost saw the facts too and there were many complaints in several threads of contests and campaigns carried out by Sherbet, even though it was clear that any delay that was too frequent could make people start to lose trust because it is important in maintaining public trust, especially in matters of money which are very fragile. also sensitive for anyone on this forum, it should be true that the Sherbet team is also aware of this case which occurred on the bitcointalk forum.

This is actually weird. Considering people had to use their own funds playing for the tournament. The delay in payments will definitely demotivate a lot of players who might wish to participate in future. Probably they will add extra bonuses for time delay. But as it stands they should have continuously give people updates because I can see most people are now inpatient.

Running a casino requires sufficient funds and without that, you will use the delay payment tactics and it will only make you lose your customers which you have gained and worked hard for them.

I have nothing to add here. casino business is a serious matter and the competition is perhaps the strongest of all niches. If you want to maintain a positive name and good status, any delay in payment is completely undesirable. As far as I can see, very delayed payments are coming from here and that is certainly a very bad signal. In all my further reviews and recommendations, Sherbet is definitely not recommended.
I'm sorry, but that's the impression they left on me.

But in any accidental case which is unlikely, for signature campaign payments - I can assure that you will get paid. But I don't think it's necessary to think about it now.

It looks like now its pretty weird huh, not that I really need that prizes money or whatsoever and heck I even blew my entire balance on the 3rd crash competition so yeah lets see how this fiasco turns out in the end
For last two weeks payments (signature) and last few games and rounds rewards - I am still waiting for the management to credit the winners and send me the funds. Usually they response me late (when they are online, they do). Hopefully I will receive a response from them soon.

But in any accidental case which is unlikely, for signature campaign payments - I can assure that you will get paid. But I don't think it's necessary to think about it now.

The most likely hurdle here is miscommunication between the marketing department and finance department...or whoever is in charge of authorization of payments isn't being effiecient, just hope they don't let their marketing investments go down the drain after a successful run Smiley

or probably Royse, or whoever in charge of the playsherbet account create these contest by using marketing funds sent from the owner of the site but the balances probably run out and so he has not enough fund to send. Otherwise it just wont make any sense if the support doesnt know anything at all because I've seen 8blowie on the chatroom so Im pretty sure he is part of the team not just some random 3rd party live support that follows the chat protocol and give you template answers

I disagree with this. Contests are different and they have manual reviews, assessment as well as need manual payments from responsible team like a Marketing team. It is different than user withdrawal from the platform.
Manual reviews and all are definitely not disputable, but these contests have been running for a long time which should have allowed them to have efficient ways of reviewing bets/wagers especially since new rounds started almost immediately..btw just so you know contest winners announcements were never delayed which means delays in manual reviews is out of the picture here!!

Payments from a casino should be done automatic and manual payment processing only applied for special cases with something strange and need to go through in-depth investigation and manual payment.

I agree with you that if withdrawal request takes too long for approval and processing, it will cause some disappointment on users and in this industry, there are many competitors can take over disappointed users from another company.

This incident really demotivate players especially if they are really dedicated to spend just to win the contest. But sherbet didn't deliver well and they became so silent regarding on the delays happening so we might expect to see more frustrations about this as many days past and people still waiting for their rewards to come. Maybe they can't give any update since they also have no idea on when the real owners could give their rewards that's why they also don't have idea on when this payment could happen.

I guess just like what other people say people might avoid to gamble on this casino for a while and they wait for this case to be solve since not paying their obligation to their contest winners and signature campaign participants is really not good act by casino owners.
Basically the weird thing started when they kept on announcing new prediction contest while they have not distributed the prize for the early winners. Maybe some people are patient enough to wait because they did not risk anything to participate the prediction contest. Too bad sherbet did not learn from the prediction contest and repeated it on the crash contests. If it is true that Roysee777 is the one who is handling the playsherbet account, I think he will not risk his reputation in this forum. Lets wait and see...

I dont think so but I believe he has direct commnucation with the sherbet team since he could give estimation when the prize will be distributed last week although it is not coming yet.
