I disagree with this. Contests are different and they have manual reviews, assessment as well as need manual payments from responsible team like a Marketing team. It is different than user withdrawal from the platform.
Manual reviews and all are definitely not disputable, but these contests have been running for a long time which should have allowed them to have efficient ways of reviewing bets/wagers especially since new rounds started almost immediately..btw just so you know contest winners announcements were never delayed which means delays in manual reviews is out of the picture here!!

The most likely hurdle here is miscommunication between the marketing department and finance department...or whoever is in charge of authorization of payments isn't being effiecient, just hope they don't let their marketing investments go down the drain after a successful run Smiley

The gamblers usually want the money they won instantly in their account and if they see a delay, they may wait until the payment is made but will surely leave the site. Since there are many gambling casino which offers instant payments and the competition among the gambling sites is quite high and it won't take long for the gamblers to switch to another site.
Payments from a casino should be done automatic and manual payment processing only applied for special cases with something strange and need to go through in-depth investigation and manual payment.

I agree with you that if withdrawal request takes too long for approval and processing, it will cause some disappointment on users and in this industry, there are many competitors can take over disappointed users from another company.

The delay in payments will definitely demotivate a lot of players who might wish to participate in future. Probably they will add extra bonuses for time delay. But as it stands they should have continuously give people updates because I can see most people are now inpatient.

Running a casino requires sufficient funds and without that, you will use the delay payment tactics and it will only make you lose your customers which you have gained and worked hard for them.

The gamblers usually want the money they won instantly in their account and if they see a delay, they may wait until the payment is made but will surely leave the site. This incident really demotivate players especially if they are really dedicated to spend just to win the contest. But sherbet didn't deliver well and they became so silent regarding on the delays happening so we might expect to see more frustrations about this as many days past and people still waiting for their rewards to come. Maybe they can't give any update since they also have no idea on when the real owners could give their rewards that's why they also don't have idea on when this payment could happen.

I guess just like what other people say people might avoid to gamble on this casino for a while and they wait for this case to be solve since not paying their obligation to their contest winners and signature campaign participants is really not good act by casino owners.
Basically the weird thing started when they kept on announcing new prediction contest while they have not distributed the prize for the early winners. Maybe some people are patient enough to wait because they did not risk anything to participate the prediction contest. Too bad sherbet did not learn from the prediction contest and repeated it on the crash contests. If it is true that Roysee777 is the one who is handling the playsherbet account, I think he will not risk his reputation in this forum. Lets wait and see...

Make sense, he is probably the one that own playsherbet account bitcointalk and the live support totally has no clue about it. Otherwise its just weird to use that name as an example for the post. Well I guess we just need to wait huh, not really an issue for me but some guys have been abit wary especially when they won that 1st place amount. Its a decent amount though, not gonna lie

I dont think so but I believe he has direct commnucation with the sherbet team since he could give estimation when the prize will be distributed last week although it is not coming yet.

Quoted royse about this and yeah I guess its around the same time that they didnt give out those prizes on from the 2nd round. It looks like now its pretty weird huh, not that I really need that prizes money or whatsoever and heck I even blew my entire balance on the 3rd crash competition so yeah lets see how this fiasco turns out in the end

I saw that OP was last active on January 7 and several of his posts announced the winners of weekly challenges.
I don't think its really an issue of paying as they have done their part to pay in several competitions they have run, but unfortunately, its never done in a timely manner which doesn't help them especially since there is a communication breakdown between support on the forum, support on their platform and leaving forum participants guessing and making all sorts of assumptions as can be seen from conversation shared by panjul07...

Btw this just made me appreciate manager-run contests as these usually have funds escrowed , unlike one which has support staff running contests without putting much attention to time and its effect on rep... Lips sealed Anyway I guess we shall wait for them to show up if they will Undecided

BTW, have you checked that there are no errors in typing your username on your Sherbet account so that the distribution may not reach your account, sometimes there are also typos in typing your casino account username so that Prize distribution went wrong in the end, but that's not to defend the casino as I'm also not an active gambler on this site, I hope you get your prize payout and be sure to check back  Wink

You can also check their public chat; you can count on your fingers the number of users who uses the chat. I will not participate again in their contests if they involve your bankroll like this crash multiplier hunt. I'll only join if it is risk free, like their Bitcoin price predictions. The way they handle this promotion/contest feels unprofessional.

The casino is good, there is no issue at all on the site.
Someone from this forum is an active player there and he never experienced any issue with deposit and withdrawal as well as the reward distribution for the on site promotion.
I have won few times in their weekly race although only for the lowest paid places ($60), their official discord is active but their other social media is not active.
The only issue is in this forum, as I said previously, there must be miscommunication between their rep in the forum and the admin/owner.
I hope roysee will clarify about it soon and tell us something good about the prize or maybe someone from the sherbet will come here as I think they will not be willing to have bad rating just because several hundred dollars.

Sure it is they know the consequences of the action they made since everything will be lost if they would not pay the people participated on their contest. But for sure any casino owners does not want that to happen since they could lose everything they built from day one just for that and its small amount for them so I guess the same with other past delays they made they will settle it. Only question there is when.

For sure there's a lot of people starting to get disappointed for long delays and that's normal so I guess sherbet team should do something about this since instead people talk about their experiences in their casino. The discussion happen here is their frustration towards not getting their payments. For sure there's a lot of people following this issue and hopefully winners can get what they deserve then any existing issue will be fix since lots of people waiting for that to happen.

It seems that the not all supports on the site know that their casino is promoted in this forum, as he said that they do not deal with this forum.
Maybe there is miscommunication between the on site admin/support with the one who is responsible for their promotion in bitcointalk.
I asked the support to give me an update once they get in touch with the host, hopefully there will be a good news soon.

For sure there's a lot of winners and sig campaign participants are waiting for their payment so best to chill out since good updates regarding to this might come soon.
It would be unfair to base the contest payments on signature campaign payments especially that they receive their coins via their personal wallets whilst anybody winning from a contest receives their reward through the platform...but from how things have unfolded seems like we might be receiving coins via our BTC addys Roll Eyes



As a round 1 winner for crash contest I can confirm that the prizes have not been distributed up until now.
I wonder what happened for this to have gone unpaid for this long while new contests have been launched ended paid repeat... Btw love the patience you have mate, hope you have been included in the incoming payments Cool

Let's assume that what happened in the Bitcoin price prediction contest, regarding Sherbet prizes distribution will also expect in the Crash Multiplier contest prizes distribution delayed. The prizes are distributed with a one month delay so anticipate that the distribution for this contest will also be delayed by one month. As a round 1 winner for crash contest I can confirm that the prizes have not been distributed up until now.
Frankly, I made a complaint about this long delay when they had a survey some time ago as I put it on the question "what you do not like in sherbet".
Of course I do not know if they read it or not but seems that it gives no effect as there is no follow up action from them.
I tried to contact live support several times today but the answers are all from bot, I'm not sure when is the working hours for the real human support.
Maybe because it is still Sunday in some countries so there is no real human support due to holiday.
Since Roysee informed that the distribution will come within Sunday-Monday, there are still at least 24 hours to wait or 48 hours max.
