Stay away from trading for now and its easier to lose that 400$ than you think ,my best advice would be to go for cheaper coins now ,you can split it up and invest that 400$ in 4 different projects ,don't put your eggs in one basket. And you can join some bounty campaign its free all it needs is your time like 2hours daily
I think short-term trading is easier to do and faster to make a profit even though it's small, but it's best not to leave the bounty behind, because maybe we will be able to get big profits in the long run through a bounty.
I am now more concerned about bounty activities than daily transactions, because I think the current market is declining every second, and daily trading is easy to bring me losses!
why it's better unmerged just between short term investing while working on the bounty. I think that the results will be better and can give you a lot of profit. the results of the bounty could not everything good and expected it would be covered with short term investment does and the same applies in reverse.
Both are really worth partaking in, like for me I don't have enough to invest in crypto right now but I have managed to trade some of the tokens gotten from bounties that have already been listed in some exchange and that has been good too. I believe you can invest in crypto and as well participate in bounty hunting since I believe both are good for cryptos growth.

The rise of fake ICO or ICO fraud also made my heart even more deterred from participating in investment. I prefer the bounty campaign because if I lose then I will not be poor. That kind of amount for me is better to put in bounty campaigns because I also started to a small amount which is 100$ in every currency I like to invest. And choosing bounty campaigns can really make your investments grow in the few months but still choosing the campaigns to invest is hard because of some scammer but still worth it just be careful.
If you have capital and you know the basics or you are already advance in short term trading then the best option to chose is short term trading.

Trading and doing bounty is two different kind of earning money. One is you must have money, one is you don't need have money, you just need time. With present situation of market, you should choose to invest for long time on top rank coins

In my situation much better to participate in bounty because there will be chances of gaining rewards or shall continue growimg our money in time to time .Trading is too risky due to the market is on hype.

Short term trading is like roulette, it is too risky and you probably lose all your money, bounty has turned into time wasting nowadays but it is better at least you will save your 400$
Every decision must be considered with the situation that is happening at crypto at that time. When crypto is in an unfavorable condition like this, short-term investment is not the right choice. The results you get are not very good and it is difficult to make a profit because crypto market prices are easily fluctuating and tend to decline. Just like airdrops, it's not good to apply. Long-term investment and also participating in many ICOs are good choices.

In 2017 I would prefer bounties.
But looking at high percent of exit scam I stick to opinion that trading is much better these days.

with $400 short-term trading is not a good option. Better you buy some coins with a good prospect and hold it. And in the meantime, you can do bounty campaigns to gain more cash. Because short-term trading needs more initial to gain maximum profit.
