Giving to other's is best good idea. Because in this world we need to share what we have. Especially sickness people, hungry children. Everybody can give help or donate in charity. Sharing is Blessing.

As to the question of whether you should, I think there is a strong argument for saying yes, up to a point. Other people, who out of no fault of their own are born into abject poverty rather than a crypto-lined spoon, are suffering horribly, and all it takes to help them is a small percentage of the free money that many of us are making. So yes, I think you should, at least as much as you can afford without seriously hindering your own life and goals, and I do so myself.

If you earn a lot , it is very natural to donate some of your income. Your intention is perfect. But you must choose the right charity to donate. Because, there are a lot of scammers . You must be very careful. On the other hand, sharing is caring.
If you got your basic needs covered and are able to provide for your family, I'd say go for it! If it's an organization that has ideas you share and support, why not show this by helping them out and trying to make the world a better place, even if it is in a step-by-step fashion (unless of course, you got some 500k lying around ; ) If everyone donated just 1 dollar for a worthy cause, a lot of things could be changed for the better.

It will be better to help the orphans and the elderly first. But I would suggest you not to provide help in the form of money. You never know whether your money will be utilized properly or not. It will be much better to provide help in the form of books, educational material and medicine.

Your idea is good if you have extra money then give it to people that have sick or the disabled person so that they have money to buy their medicine. Many disabled person is poor and cannot buy their maintenance medicine thats why their illness is getting worst, so would suggest that give a sickness person or a disabled person.
