I've fixed x2 profit selling half of my XLM tokens and just holding it, waiting for a long bull cycle on the market, when it gives at least x10 I will sell some maybe 25%

It is a very bad idea to sell the coins in the market because bitcoin fluctuation is kept increasing in the market which it is affecting the altcoins. Different members here have different targets and approaches while investing. Some are here for short term trading and thus investing for a margin of 5-10% only. While others want a bigger cut and they can wait longer. Thus, it really depends on what is your target. Also, you need to take into consideration , your risk taking ability. If you do not like taking much risks, sell units sufficient to recover the investment cost and trade with remaining coins.
I suggest keep hold of your coins because in few months there might well be a bull rise coming and that will make coins unstoppable.

hold the first. the current price rise is just the beginning, if you want results that over time it could have been because of the time it is still old and new coins gradually back up. with willing to be patient to wait will definitely be greater in value.

If you need to seek advice for selling your coins on forum, I would say sell it and return later when you will actually understand what cryptos and trading are. Since, the inception of Bitcoin, we have seen series of bear and bull cycles, instant pumps and dumps, shit coins and potential coins. People tend to FOMO and panic sell just because of the majority market sentiment. A good trader doesn't listen to noise. don't take investment decisions based on noise. You know which coins you are holding, read about them.

Selling now is like hitting the axe on one's fott as market will recover in coming time and your investment will give you good returns. So if you sell now in this deep red market means you selling in a loss and if market bounce backs quickly would be a huge loss for you and also not making enough money during the rise.
I think for now it's actually not suitable if we want to make a sale. because when the market decreases, of course the estimation that we will get will certainly decrease. this is what makes us even more loss from the results of our investment

Many people wants to have a multiple profits, and they were strongly holding their coins for a long term, but if your coin now has a good market price value there is no reason to hold it, and if you are contented on the price today just sell it, but if you are not contented on the market price today, then continue holding until such time that the price of that certain coin grow up and fit to your needs.
if we can afford the risk or there is less risk as many altcoins will move price picture will not be same we can make good profits
