Is it reload which is given when you are leveling up? By default, there is no reload at shuffle but as far as I remember they offer it in special promotion. If I remember it correctly they have offered it twice so far, it was promotion for those who can level up during specific period of time. In normal situation, I don't think they have reload but I can be wrong about it since I'm still at low level account at Shuffle.

I agreed on the fees. They are charging a bit high even on blockchain that was supposed to have a cheap fee. I was surprised to when I withdraw using BEP20 tokens since I only deposit small amount which I expected to pay less on the fee. Normally casino will charge below 1$ on blockchain like BSC.
