I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
Unfortunately I don't fall for scams easily. They know who I am. I was certainly not a good user, they even have some reasons for not liking me. But staff members have near relations with certainly users (HR) and share really private info from users to each other, This is very clear, all players know this.
We have no way to verify whether your claim is true or not. Either the representative or the campaign manager of Shuffle can confirm it here. Users KYC data are very sensitive documents. None of the casinos share those informations to a normal user. According to terms and AML policy, Shuffle team might share those informations to a 3rd party service to verify the legitimacy of the documents. BTW, why are you addressing yourself as a bad user of Shuffle casino?

@Little Mouse, is there anything wrong on Shuffle? Perhaps, there is an imposter inside the Shuffle team member who is trying to bring down it's reputation.
I am just updating myself and if I was not reading this here, I would not believe the amount of drama that is taking place, at this point it may seem that there is concerted effort to try to bring the reputation of the Shuffle casino down, but why now? Is a competitor losing most of its customers to Shuffle and they have decided to use underhanded tactics against it? Or is this the campaign of a disgruntled customer? Or maybe a person just trying cause chaos and confusion?

Here we go:
Hey - Shuffle takes the privacy of our users extremely seriously, and there has never been a breach of that. Please send through proof of these details being shared by Shuffle staff, because I can guarantee that this has never happened. It seems like you have a separate issue with Shuffle (the fact that you self-excluded and we didn't reenable your account, which is a regulatory and responsible-gambling obligation that we have, which comes before any other preference you/we may have), and as a result you're attempting to bring us down by suggesting that we had some involvement in your personal details being leaked.

This user you screenshotted was banned from chat for attempting to dox you. I would recommend you consider your personal opsec and try and think where you may have shared these details externally, because I can assure you that this user did not attain these details through Shuffle or our staff.

@Little Mouse, is there anything wrong on Shuffle? Perhaps, there is an imposter inside the Shuffle team member who is trying to bring down it's reputation.
I'll share this with the team.

Also I sent an email to [email protected] and I didn't even get an answer. I'm very worried

The team of this Casino was extremely unprofessional, for example Brettshuffle was extremely unprofessional by telling at my personal telegram lots of bad messages and making fun of me Unfortunately, they can't deny what I'm saying or they would be liars.
I am assuming you have more screenshots from these bad messages and insults to back your story. At least that i would have done.. screenshotted everything.

I have to say that sounds strange, but keeping in mind the impersonating incident i'll take anything what might be a fud attack with a huge grain of salt now. And maybe start over your story, because when you say things like "they even have some reasons for not liking me", it sounds like you are leaving something important out, not enough to dox you of course but it would help to have a full story and not just fragments that we need to put together.

Your kyc might have leaked from other places as well, and if you are using same nick, it's not that hard to dox you and use it to freak you out. However i would like to know how shuffle responds, before jumping to conclusions, as we have only your word and two censored pics with it.

I have a folder with a lot of screenshots from Shuffle with the most insane things cause my onedrive sync my screenshot automatically. But I guess it's not the time to share it. I'm waiting for the responde of the Sr @Little Mouse or @ndumm (Noah)

Shuffle was the online casino who helped me to quit gamble. Was the most terrible, sad, cruel experience in online gambling.
The chat have several users who constantly engage in racist, xenophobic, Na#i#m behavior, A toxic, disrespectful, very sad community. I believe this casino is the last stop for those who are already lost.
The worst thing that happened to me was having my KYC information leaked to all casino users.
Here is my report about the leaked KYC info.

My Recommendation is to Avoid Shuffle Casino Your information will definitely not be safe!!!

Don't know what happen at your end on why your KYC details has been leaked on chat but did you try to contact their support about what happen on why your details leaked in a chat? This is really terrible happen if the case is true since if there's an incident like this exist then this is not safe for us to provide our KYC with them.

But I'm still doubting about this case if its true since for sure no casino representative on right mind will do this. Maybe try to check if you really submit your KYC details on the right representative since there are lots of scammers out there impersonate them just to scam people and maybe he didn't get anything from you and this is the counter action of scammer to embarrass you.

Still waiting a reply from a Shuffle representative about my case of Leaked Information From Shuffle Staff

I emailed shuffle via [email protected] and still no reply. I tried to send an email from another email account And they responded almost immediately. They know it's me and they purposely don't respond. The problem has been more personal than professional. I want an answer About my information that was leaked from shuffle.

I'm merely saying that changing your playing habits might do you more bad than good. If you're a reasonable Craps player, then it's probably better to stay with that with volume, than playing different games that collects higher fees just because there's an airdrop.

I say that with the presumption that the airdrop is calculated from the fees you pay to the casino.

Sure, but if i don't change my gambling habits because of profits but because of maximizing airdrop, i think it makes sense. And my post was an airdrop specific. And if volume is what counts, i am not sure why i should stay with my original volume which would be a lot lower and would guarantee i would get smaller airdrop. If you have enough money, i guess you could trust on high rtp eventually giving your money back, but if you are going with small budget, you can pretty much guarantee that you will create surprisingly large volume with just $20

If that's your target then I guess that's fine since there still something you can get after all by changing your habits and adding something so that you can maximize your potential rewards on airdrop.

But also make sure that you will get more than what you lose for since its useless if you try to aim getting more bigger rewards but in reality you still lose a lot of money before it happens. That's why try to escalate the situation if its really worth it since if not and you will only get small money then that doesn't give you any positive result.

But anyways good luck and hopefully there's no huge loss will occur and there's profit to get while  playing here.

But risking some SHFL to receive a higher reward multiplier will probably give you positive expectation against the SHFL risked, no?

Plus for "how to play" to get more playing volume, I believe just play the games that you play regularly. Changing your gambling routine would add to actual financial, if you ask me.
If it's about the SHL at wagering, of course not because to risk is more on the negative side even though there is a possibility that we can be profitable on whatever it is that we are trying to pursue.

There are users who are feeling positive to earn more once they do one of the requirements given here such as to use the SHL instead of other currencies for placing a bet or to make a wager. They can be the users who didn't do enough calculations about the risk versus the reward that they can get. The only way to lose less is like you said by changing our gambling routines like we need to engage less on it now if we are always a heavy bettor.

https://www.btcgosu.com/blog/news/important-update-addressing-impersonation-scams-and-the-recent-shuffle-casino-situation/

I would like to update you on the recent "drama" involving impersonation scams and BTCGOSU/Shuffle Casino.

What happened:

Scammers created dozens of fake accounts on Telegram, pretending to be BTCGOSU team members and Shuffle Casino staff. They caused confusion and financial losses.

We initially communicated with someone pretending to be Noah, the owner of Shuffle Casino. This added to the confusion.

The "real" Noah reached out and confirmed that Shuffle Casino remains under his control. He also clarified that the scammers deceived his staff.

Noah has re-enabled our affiliate account, and measures are being taken to prevent future scams.

At BTCGOSU, our top priority is the safety and trust of our community. We moved quickly to raise awareness and prevent additional scams. Despite the confusion and stress of the situation, we remain dedicated to providing accurate information and upholding our ethical standards.

Thanks, and it's good to know that the issue is solved and over, with no major victims. It would be so confusing why both sides would attack each other when it would incentivize both sides more if they merely cooperated.

👍

It's the side that's not Shuffle or BTCGosu that's going to be incentivized from such an attack.

I don't follow you. But wouldn't that depend how you play regularly? I am regularly playing with slots and there are very low changes that i would make same amount of volume using $5 on playing with slots versus playing $5 on dice with 1.0102 multiplier. My money would run out faster with slots if i didn't get large wins. When with dice i would lose a bet 2 times out of 100 (in theory), so even if i wouldn't win with dice, changes are that i would lose slower.

And bear in mind this is just for mining the tokens, and grinding up levels. Not a long term solution, and basically not a lot to do with gambling. I'll get back to playing slots and betting with sports later.

And again, we may be wrong, but we are ready to hear both sides of the story and give an opportunity to everyone to solve the shit;
Both side? Which both side? Both side from your imagination? There's only one Noah and I'm in contact with him for more than a few months. You can verify the false info from their support but you are not going in that approach. For what? It will be interesting to see the original fake Noah.

It may not be april, but we are for sure surrounded by fools.

Now, getting to the important part, I don't really care about the age of a forum account; it means close to nothing considering we have been in touch with this person prior to this fucking mess. I care about the message, and not about the rank of the person posting here, which is something I had forgotten some people over here tend to do...

And again, we may be wrong, but we are ready to hear both sides of the story and give an opportunity to everyone to solve the shit; because again, we were dragged in this against our will. I'd prefer to be drinking a beer and having some dinner instead of being on the floor of an airport plugged into the computer, but hey, whatever

This owner we are in touch with is claiming that the account that posted here (ndumm) is not really his account (Noah is the name of this owner) and that he will be posting here shortly after he has taken care of the evil IP fee the forum has (let's all wait for that please). Maybe we are in the wrong here and we were tricked, but I personally do believe this person we have been talking to all day.
What a nonsense! You won't trust the person posted here from the main account existed all these days but will trust a person who will create a new account and post here. You must be joking. It's not April btw.

Anyway, it's good that it has been noticed and explained by the owner earlier. Otherwise, it would create a huge mess.

Well, it's all fun and games until it isn't so I'll just make a small TLDR for the sake of my mental health today.

Basically, I've been added to a couple of groups these last days with a person pretending to be efialtis and someone else; but considering we've known each other for some time now, it was a bit of a stupid mistake on their end. Now, fast forward to today, when some "people" started creating telegram channels to post on our group chat, I say channels because they were not actual users from an account perspective. There, one of the spammers even led me to believe Litlle Mouse was a fake account of his and I did fall for it and kick him; but that got solved rather fast.

Now, after that and banning all these posters, we got some threatening messages stating that they were watching us yada yada and the they were the Lazarus apprentices and whatnot (no comments on this one).

While all of this happened, efialtis was in touch with the owner of the site, and from his version of things, we decided it was better to send a preventive message to people rather than not acting; because we actually don't like seeing people get scammed and that kind of small details. So, after that, there has been a lot of conversation going on, and to be honest, the whole situation is still unclear to me.

Now, I think I haven't left anything out, but I'm about to catch a 2.5 hour flight which will fuck up all my communications, and well, I'll try to be online as much as possible.

But honestly, it's amazing how we got caught in the middle of something that doesn't really have anything to do with us...
