For wagering, I will never use martingale strategy as I prefer to use flat betting strategy with odds like 1.2-1.5 if it is on Dice or Limbo (I prefer Limbo).
Plinko can be an alternative game to wager, it is a good game from my own experience because this game gives money back guarantee for each bet 20%.
Use the Low-Medium risk and low number of rows can be good strategy for wagering but of course luck is needed to make it works effectively.
If you have a way to get referrals, it will be risk free way to earn something from the 2nd airdrop.

There's always improving to do for sure, but and it's not like they are using the whole money for transaction itself, but take it as a processing fees. As casinos (and exchances) aren't charities and their servers have expenses. Even though the fees fees would be next to zero when doing p2p transactions, why wouldn't casinos take a small cut on the fees. After all, we are using their centralzed servers to do so. And yeah, they are probably far enough to cover expenses. That's why they have house edges, but it adds up and is a small drop to guaranteed income for them to take more fees then they use.

I am sure that they could afford doing most of the transactions for free, but cheap/free transactions isn't a key issue or enough for people to choose their main casinos. Especially for rich people. As in opposite More revenue stream for the casino on the other hand is good for customers and casino.
