Not an issue, however I'd like to ask that why such measures are being taken especially for Evolution games?
I've had been playing Evolution games at many different casinos and they never asked me to do KYC (not even name and address as mentioned here). But I'll go for L1 KYC and I hope that there won't be more KYC checks as, TBH, my country restricts gambling and I love gambling (I don't do it too often, but occasionally).

Yeah, I didn't even find the deposit address when I tried to deposit last week, there is a blocking notice of completing the L1 KYC before the address for the fund deposit becomes available. I think it is better this way than surprising their player for KYC requirements when the time comes they need to withdraw their fund.

This is not a request from the provider but from the casino itself because at other casinos I can play game shows/live games without completing an account profile
Maybe this is a new licensing rule so that every user must pass KYC level 1 you also can't see the deposit address if you don't complete your profile, right?
At least they were honest at the start that KYC was required even though it was only KYC level 1, by the way have you checked out the challenge page?

I registered on the site, it was fast and the site UI looks great, but I happen to have trouble finding to enable 2FA. Does anyone know where I can find the 2FA page? Can't find it on my security settings, is it possible that the 2FA options aren't available yet? All I can see is the change password and the mail verification option. I am looking for 2FA security because I am used to enabling this function since it gives me at least peace of mind to have another layer of security for the account.

That's a telegram channel, you can't chat there, telegram channels are for announcements etc. For chatting there should be a telegram group (Or Discord), where open chat would be allowed. I know it would take more money and time to moderate those, but it's better to have original before someone makes a scam channel pretending to be official shuffle chat with phishing links. Or even if it would pretend to be community channel it could trick people.
