Hi, I sent them a DM just about a minute ago, as I previously waited for an update from maxiblanco and I think it's better to discuss both matter in one single "session" with them. Given there is no movement from maxiblanco, I went ahead with yours and will get to them again about maxi's when and if he provided substantial supporting evidence to his situation.

Kindly wait for them to notice my DM [that probably will be drowned by other DM, so it might take a while]. I'll try to nudge them every now and then to be sure that your situation successfully brought to their attention, though.

I just saw this on the Telegram channel of gosubetting (an affiliation website for those who don’t know). That’s $5,000 if converted to USD. How much do you think they wagered, and what do you think their VIP level is?

I don’t want to share how much airdrop I got because it’s just a small amount of SHFL token —kind of embarrassing since I’m promoting Shuffle Signature, yet I only wagered small amount. I don't even reach silver VIP. lol


I got 3000 shfl allocation i have wagered about 250k before snapshot was taken.
by this you can calculate he wagered close to 1,000,000 not including other factors

If it is calculated based on wager amount only, he must be wagered close to $2M not $1M, because what he will get is almost 8x more than yours.
As long as I remember there are also some other factors such as affiliate/referral that also contribute toward the allocation for the Airdrop 2 so we wont be able to have exact formula about it.
The same as xLays, I got small amount only but we should not be embarrased @xLays, there is no requirement for us to gamble as much as possible at Shuffle because we are promoting Shuffle.
If we can play at Shuffle, I would say that it is a plus point as we can share our experience but again it is not a must IMO.

Patience. Because of Shuffle's increasing popularity, and the surge in new users, there will always be those nefarious people that will definitely try to take advantage of the casino. The admins are probably trying to double/triple check everything before processing ALL accounts' withdrawals. It would be a shame for the casino if they didn't care about these sort of issues and merely processed those nefarious users' withdrawals. That would be unfair for the honest users in my opinion, and it will be bad for the casino's reputation.


you must have regulations. why should I wait for months? Everything is done on my part. If you don't have time, it's your business. But as a player, I don’t like such “high-speed” actions from your casino

"Our compliance team are still reviewing your account. We will message you here on next steps soon." And how should I understand this? Where is the test advertiser? Verification deadlines. How am I supposed to trust you as a player?


It's a very understandable reaction, and I can't speak for the casino, but personally I would truly understand that you will never return to the casino after your experience. BUT, it doesn't change the fact that the casino is not scamming you, nor is it delaying your withdrawal on purpose. They're merely doing their job to make casino matters and operations safe for themselves and for ALL of their players even thought there will be delays in withdrawals.

In the first airdrop, I got 800 SHFL so you are right that users received more SHFL during the first airdrop than the 2nd airdrop but maybe it will also depending on our wager activity. For my own case, I am sure that my wager statistic before 1st and 2nd airdrop are similar, maybe I wagered more before the 1st airdrop but not significant gap. With the current SHFL rate, 252 SHFL worth more than $50.

I guess situation slowly gone to worst now since you put a lot of pressure in your case. But same as other people advice its better to wait further than taking unnecessary action since as we can see based on the reply given by the support the investigation still going with your issue.

Good to see that @holydarkness is doing some good effort to follow up this case and best to wait for another update. People here are also watching on this issue so hopefully we can see this one being resolve and people can go back discussing about gambling matters in this thread.

I'm compiling all scam accusations in a single post. I'm seeing lot of ppl getting account closed, banned for no reason or after winning big amounts. shuffle try to look fair, modern, but is just another place to scam users like bc game.
