Just Litecoin for me, but it would be ideal to be able to run btc & ltc alarms simultaniously & with different alarm sounds, also you may like to sign up for this new exchange opening April 2nd https://crypto-trade.com/ & perhaps take a look at BFX exchange too: https://www.bitfinex.com

edit: yep btc-e is the main exchange for ltc by far atm

Cool, if you post here in the alt currency section or on a Litecoin thread or here: http://forum.litecoin.net/index.php/board,1.0.html there are plenty of knowledgeable ppl - I'm un-techy myself.

Cool, thanks again for this tool, I'm just back from a walk & heard some cows mooing in a field & my brain said ah there goes $47 again - I really do need to get out more, at least it's spring time here now.

How about a version of this tool for Litecoin based on either/both ltc/btc price &/or ltc/$ https://btc-e.com/exchange
there would be plenty of demand now & growing with > 2,100 people on the main exchange

http://www.ltc-charts.com/period-charts.php?period=5-days&resolution=hour&pair=ltc-btc&market=btc-e

Ok. That could be a good Idea. Is there any place where I can grab the price "live"? Something like a JSON-Ticker as it´s existing on Mt.Gox?

The Idea is now that I want to collect the next days some good Ideas and after it I would like to decide which will be implemented in actual version.

Also I am thinking to make a very different version, which is working on more systems, as for the actual still flash is needed. Maybe an AJAX-Version...
That could be used on mobile-phones, too, then. ;-)

*Edit:
Seem that Bitcoin-e has an API, too? ;-) So it should be possible...

So, I am back next days, as it seem to have a good Idea for many here to use this tool again?  Wink

Therefore I am searching for Bugs, Ideas, Improvements for the tool.
If you are missing something or have a good Idea which should be added, this is the right time now, to share your suggestions with me, as I have now a bit time to place those things into the page.

Thanks.

@ OP:

Hi buddy,

I just sent you 5.555 BTC to your donation address: 1AgDYTxr9FDGa7oXbVhuHxmJJALKqs8cip
I have been using your alarm clock all along and thought I was time to pay back a little.
The only thing that botheres me, is that the alarm sometimes does not go off at all or does so too late, with 20 minutes or so delay. The last time that happened was today (UTC) during the wild price swings.
Could you please investigate on this matter? I would love to keep having a sound sleep;)

For more information, pls dont hesitate to ask!

Regards,
Spekulatius

Dude, take out the incentive to click ads text you have on your site or you'll get banned from adsense.
Just a friendly warning. Do as you please, just don't say nobody warned you when it finally happens Smiley

Edit:

Jessi, looks like I had a tiny alarm failure on my end (unless this is an update)

Noticed that the flashing red alert when triggered shows a solid red column, not a  flashing alert,
which is so much more better, IMO.
Yes, you are right. This is a bug which only appearing in simple Version. I also found a bug in extended Version. This is important for everyone! Third alarm "low" isn´t working, yet. I have to fix this soon, but I am at the Moment a bit low on time.

Aside form that, been working good, keeping up with the mini-dip we just had and giving me the Growling Bear Alarms when needed

Thanks for your hard work on this.

Thank yo, Stew. I did fix it. It was the way I place flash inside this page. Now it should work better.

Yep, I can see the scrollbars now, and have access to your break-even tool link.

Jessi, your web site might have some clipping issues, not sure if visitors to your web site see the same thing,
but I took a screen capture to show you. Using Firefox here, with Windows 7

Red arrows show clipping of text, and blue arrow shows missing scrollbar.

I would look at the CSS style sheets associated with your design layout.  I think something in your web code
is hiding the vertical scrollbars. If that's true, then folks cannot  access your link to the spreadsheet tool near
the bottom of your page. (unless they are smart enough to use Full Screen command on their browser)

Hope this helps, Stew
