That investigation was worked perhaps a couple of months from now, and not at all like today, more individuals are gradually knowing bitcoin. On the off chance that this social trial would be tried in my nation, I figure I will be pleased to state that there will be a direct number of individuals who will pick 1 bitcoin than to pick the nearby cash. Bitcoin in our nation has been presented by news, and as a result of expanding clients here in nation, more individuals are getting acquainted with this.

This just proves that Bitcoin has much more room to grow.
Imagine if everyone knew what Bitcoin is and what makes it so great. The price would skyrocket.
It's happening, but slowly. A couple of years ago that social experiment most likely wouldn't have anyone saying they'd prefer 1 Bitcoin.

In my country people vaguely know that Bitcoin is a very valuable digital currency so that social experiment would be very different.
If people want the good thing Bitcoin could give to people it is a good way to form or to try don an social experiment for other people to know the system of Bitcoin in a different way. Sometimes factual thing are boring and it might hinder the education process that may lead to counter factual knowledge about the real system of Bitcoin.

Well the experiment just goes to show that only a percentage of the population knows about cryptocurrency. It’s not all about the ads that is being used to spread bitcoin awareness, I’m pretty sure that these guys are aware of it. However, being aware is way different from being engaged in terms of investing and trading. People are simply skeptical of things they don’t understand. They need someone to explain it them bit by bit and of course they have to be willing to learn as well.

Bitcoin was created as a social experiment on alternative. Bitcoin is theoretically a “currency,” it is not being used as one (except for a very tiny portion). “Most of the bitcoin out there is being used as an investment and there is very little bitcoin available, and any bit of buying drives up the price, as there’s only a small amount money. There are a lot of limits to using bitcoin as a currency, and it is not being used, therefore, only a little bit of interest and drive the price up and it is creating a bubble right now in the society.

I can say that still very small number of people have knowledge about cryptos, and who have some knowledge do not understand it well. So this is the reason of choosing 1 dollar.

That experiment was operated maybe a few months from now, and unlike today, more people are slowly knowing bitcoin. If this social experiment would be tested in my country, I think I will be proud to say that there will be a moderate number of people who will choose 1 bitcoin than to choose the local currency. Bitcoin in our country has been introduced by news, and because of increasing users here iny country, more people are getting familiar with this.

On the off chance that a may solicit, was there no presentation from what btc is amid the meeting? Since I won't be amazed at such reaction when the interviewee doesn't think about what he needs to look at. You just think about dollar, the estimation of bitcoin was not uncovered to you.it's not slightest anticipated. Be that as it may, in the event that the interviewee was told about or knows bitcoin and still give such reaction.. At that point, perhaps there is a unique reason best known to him.with my insight about bitcoin, I won't picked a dollar to a bitcoin

In my country some people have never heard of bitcoin, some people don't know much about bitcoin and that it is a very valuable digital currency, and what they can do with it. Bitcoin is still not  popular in my country. There is not much information on bitcoin in my country.

Nice experiment. Other than testing the participants on BTC, it is a nice way to share about Bitcoin to the viewers. I believe if we run the same experiment in my country, 8 out of 10 people will choose $1 too.

I just watched a video on my social media about guys running a social experiment about Bitcoin in their country (USA), and they questioned strangers that they chose, this "Would you rather have 1 Bitcoin or 1 dollar?" and almost all of the people they questioned chose 1 dollar. Only 1 person in all the person they interviewed chose 1 bitcoin. This just proves that there still a lot of us who don't have a clue about digital currency. If I would do this in my country, I'm sure that no one will choose bitcoin over our local currency. What about in your country if you run this social experiment?

I think that is unexpected result since cryptocirrency is very familiar in usa.
In my country, from 100 maybe just 1 or 2 people will choose 1 bitcoin.

I'm not surprised by that. Because today although bitcoin is famous, it is still limited to people who keep up with technology.
I'm 100% sure if you do the same experiment with you, surely people in my country majority choose local money, because they do not understand the bitcoin digital money.

This kind of social experiment is very meaningful! For the moment, most people choose the dollar, and there's nothing to worry about. Recently, I feel more and more about bitcoin and other encrypted currencies, some of the mainstream media reports. This means that the encrypted currency is starting to grow, and there should be more good news.

Most probably the situation is the same in my country. And it makes me very happy. Because it shows that bitcoin price will rise very much more as there are still many people don't know what bitcoin is. A day all of them will know bitcoin and that high demand can make us very reach.

True, even here in our country where technology is haven't much developed yet and the internet services are expensive and slow still bitcoin is gaining much more popularity and more and more people noticed its increasing value and potential as an investment opportunity.

In my country the results will probably be the same. Many people have never heard of bitcoin and don't know how valuable it is and what they can do with it but they all have heard about dollaras althoug it's not the payment currency in my country and they appreciate it. Maybe we here on forum have the feeling that everybody knows about bitcoin but that it isn't so in real life and bitcoin is still limited to relatively small number of people. This have to be changed but it takes time.

It depends, depends on that year the experiment was conducted, how old is the average respondents

It the question is asked about 3 years ago, I am pretty sure the experiment is valid, the sampe applies to for example respondents of 40+ years old

But I think asking that question in US nowadays, you will get different result with more and more awareness of crypto
