The most difficult thing in this is to identify real companies that really want to use the blockchain for business. There are actually very few such companies. The rest just want to raise money.

This is not the real growth,this is just the new strategy to sell your tokens by paying to the exchanges,the real solution is to built a good project and find the real investors and just make sure what is your goal and don't stop anywhere in middle.

Yes you are right about projects using exchange platforms for their ico and it is called an ieo

Initial exchange offering, it encourages investors and ensures they are safe and the token also get listed on the same exchange which could push up the price

Securities? is this what OP is saying? Well.. I'm not against to it and that's more secure way of investing if the project you are investing with has a real purpose and a real company to work with. ICO has been abused by tons of fake projects so investors should also have this kind of standard.

the old concept is indeed less interesting but it does not at all show that it is a bad concept because if the need for crypto is high then any concept will become a hype.
for example when you decide to sell coffee, even though there are already many sellers but because the coffee needs are very high, then you can still get profits from the coffee you trade

That's indeed and these scam icos creating a lot of noise that makes a lot of the diamond being hidden.
That was giving a lot of impact to the participants and most of them were creating so many complaints about this. Legit project looks so difficult to be discovered.

Yes it must be done, investors may not invest in projects that are not good. Investors must invest in the best projects so that even though crypto prices are in a bad condition they will still be able to make a profit.

I think this has been the basis of investment in 2019, as only valuable icos ieos or stos has succeeded
Researching apart, we need to dedicate our time to projects with sustainable product and real life case

i think, i agree with what you say.
indeed it will be safer and the risk of loss will also be smaller.

and i feel that if the project like that becomes clearer the purpose. it will be very good for long-term investment.
