Most likely in the next few weeks - until the end of December - there will be a very good time to start buying alts, but you should not rush when buying because only those projects that have a working product can be the safest to buy, such coins will be the safest for investment, the rest of the ICO deserve much less attention.

We have never said app icos are scam but rather majority are scam for that reason it has scared most persons off that they do not want to be part of any ico project except they are well convinced that its not a scam

Truly speaking some projects are genuine, the only thing is that the scam projects has made everyone to assume and suspect all genuine projects if they are scam or not.

Of course some ICOs are not scam because most of the coins in the crypto market is came from ICOs. ICOs are used for funding a coin for its development and growth. ICOs are also good investment because you'll be able to be the early birds since the price are given so low before the demand of the market grows.

Hello, let me clear this doubt some people said that all ICO is a scam but I don't believe them because I have invested in some ICO and make a good fortune, let me give you some clue to invest.
1. When you want to invest first of all research about the particular ico you want to invest in, try to check their Whitepaper because some ICO copy text from another ICO white papers
2. Try to check their LinkedIn profile though that does'nt matter because some fake LinkedIn profile.
3.Try to know their real location even though some use VPN to hide their location.
4.website professional matters a lot because some don't even know how to build website and they are claiming that they are in to Blockchain
5. Despite all this..involving in ICO is a big risk
The very difficult part in investing an ICO is choosing the right project and you have a good idea for choosing an ICO. I salute you for taking a risk investing in an ICO.

Investing in an ICO may be risky, but like he said it's also profitable. But the point in investing in an ICO shouldn't always be about the financial gains. Though a large percentage of people do so because of it, however, the solutions being provided have a larger economic impact. I'd give you an example. Hinounou wants to conduct an ICO, it's an already established business with partnerships and all. But the idea of doing an ICO is to leverage blockchain technology. They have also hinted that They will not be giving out special bonuses to early backers - which I think it's their way of discouraging 'profit-alone' mindset. Read about them, there's more to the story though, and you'd find that there is more credibility in ICOs than meets the eye.

However, he has rightly pointed out some important measures to take before investing in an ICO, but beyond these, go for credible projects with reliable structures already in place.

I think the most difficult oart in choosing ICO is knowing the team, even the profile very clear, but we never know what will they do if the coins start listing in the market, will they make the coins better with all of their power or just let the coins in the market without any responsibility

This is a good start for newbies. But to have the advice above augument. Team research is very important. Now matter how they want to fake it. Trace them from their linkedin page to current or former place of work. If for example he worked with PWC, his LinkedIn connections must have pwc friends. Check how often he posts on LinkedIn and when he Registered on LinkedIn. Some of them clam to have worked with Google for 4 years, pwc 3 years and yet a 4 months old LinkedIn account. Obviously, something is not right

Right now it is indeed an ico that is not a scam and also a scam. but in my opinion for now there are too many ico who are indeed scams. maybe the percentage of more than 80% of the existing ico is an unclear and deceptive project

Yes, absolutely there are many good ICO's which has been existed here which is based on the innovative idea and doing their contribution to making this world more digital. Due to this good ICO's the bounty hunters has alive in the hope of getting a good amount of rewards instead of promoting them.

Well  a lot of icos are legitimate and have good usable projects. It's just that there are also a lot of bogus projects that smear their image generally. One would just have to be really keen in studying whitepages and roadmaps as well as the teams behind a product they're interested in supporting and funding.

Frankly speaking, there are good projects out there with future potentials. The bearish nature of the market has influenced the prices of these project's coins greatly and other are yet to develop a working product. We expect to see these good ICOs stand the test of time come 2019.

Some ICOs are not fraudulent, but the current market is down too much, they do not sell pennies and if there are no buyers, so I think it is hard to make a successful ICO. during this period.

I think so. At the moment, some ICO are private projects, and most scammers who want to deceive us and take money. I check all information about this.

Yes most ICO's are not scam but the main problem now lies in the hands of the investors. so many investors are very scared to invest because the crypto market is getting unfavorable as day goes by

I also think that now there are really good and promising ICOs that provide payments for their investors. But the current situation on the crypto market is complicated by the fact that the number of fraudsters is still quite large.

I can tell you from my personal experience that not all ICOs are scams, sure that there is a large number of not trustworthy projects but there are profitable ones

I also absolutely agree with this statement, not all ICOs are scam today. If desired, you can find profitable and really useful projects that will provide regular payments. But you should always remember - now investments in ICO are still quite risky, given the large number of scammers.
