Some ICO aren't really scams, but there are so few of them that they're just inconspicuous in 99.9% of scams.

Among the abundance of deception it is sometimes difficult to choose a worthy project. But I firmly knew that I was not mistaken with my choice. Project Etheera. This is what can make me a wealthy person in a short time.

Not all ICO are scam just like you have written but majority of them these days are scam, though some of them do start well but along the line compromise. There are some that are still genuine,to get them you need to go beyond just white paper and make necessary research.
Many scam ico was created because ico investment in the past year is very profitable and many people invested and gain massive income that is why scammer want to take advantage on creating fake ico to collect huge money in greedy people.

This is true but the fact right now is that a lot of them are actually scam coins, there is a higher percentage of scam coins than there is for the legit ones which is why so many people seem to be convinced that there are only scam ICOs right now. If you are seeing the same thing repeatedly daily then you are bound to start thinking that is the norm

Hello, let me clear this doubt some people said that all ICO is a scam but I don't believe them because I have invested in some ICO and make a good fortune, let me give you some clue to invest.
1. When you want to invest first of all research about the particular ico you want to invest in, try to check their Whitepaper because some ICO copy text from another ICO white papers
2. Try to check their LinkedIn profile though that does'nt matter because some fake LinkedIn profile.
3.Try to know their real location even though some use VPN to hide their location.
4.website professional matters a lot because some don't even know how to build website and they are claiming that they are in to Blockchain
5. Despite all this..involving in ICO is a big risk

I believe that not all ICOs are scam today. Some projects have really useful and promising goals for further development. But the problem is that it is really difficult to find such promising projects, given the large number of scammers.

It is true what you say that we cannot generalize that all ICOs are scams. There are still a number of trusted ICOs because I myself have benefited from several ICOs who are truly responsible. Our main key to determining whether an ICO is responsible or just fraud is in our thoroughness and carefulness in choosing the ICO. I oblige myself to know in full and in depth about ICO that I will follow from reading the whitepaper. After reading the whitepaper, I will make an analysis so that it will be clearly illustrated about the future of the ICO. Only from the results of the analysis did, I decide to join the ICO or not. Indeed there are ICOs that are only deceptive or fake but there are still some who are trusted.

There are very few ICO projects like this, and not everyone can find and recognize them. Usually most investors have failed now, and the market downturn has led to a significant drop in ICO success. However, if you can invest in a good ICO, it can also make you rich.

Of course, not all the ICO scams actually scams very few on the market, more projects that don't survive, can't raise the necessary money or can't compete with other projects. With your tips I agree, always check the documents and the site before investing.

If someone wants to hear about one of the coolest projects that are capable of giving many X's - look towards the Etheera project. If you invest in it now, in a few months you can get x5 - minimum. Do not miss such chances, and be careful because there is still a lot of crap around.

Of course, all ICOs are scams, so why do investors invest, but now the decline of ICO is related to fraud, and when investors can't make a profit, ICO will be greatly reduced. Such a market has led to a rapid decline in Ethereum.
well, some ICOs are certainly not scam. I have participated in several projects and of course it went smoothly. well, for now, it might be difficult to find a project like that, but I'm sure, out there, there are some projects that are good enough to believe.

Of course that not all ICOs are scam, but it is almost impossible to find out whoch ICO is scam and which is not.
For example CasperAPI seems to be scam or dead project, they colected in pre-sale 1million dollars, 4.7 rating on ICOBench, very good whitepaper, product, but yes, they leave the project.

But you understand that every day it is becoming more and more difficult for us to find these very projects, which in the case of what you say are probably the most profitable and not scam projects. I think that today it is probably more rare.

Of course it's true. Not all ICO can be fraudulent. It's just projects aimed at improving some areas of activity. All of them can't be directed to withdraw money from their investors, it's stupid

When the company collected money, but the collected funds were not enough for a full start, very few projects returned deposits to investors or made minimal compensation. Among all the companies there are some scammers but not all of them.

I want to believe in it, but I think that most of the projects, all the same today, this is a really serious problem, which today may have big problems for the world - these are scam projects. Investors just run away because of this.

ICO are successful when they deliver on their promises and make their project usable for cryptocurrency community and technology market as well. If ICO are underperformed and could not raise funds, such ICO is a scam!

It was hard to spot the scam ICO, You know some ICO had a great Ideas but in the end they are the scammers. They promised was very promising and some investors are agreed to their promised and also they scam a lot of money by using fake info. How did you know if the team are fake only? Its hard to know that because the brilliant idea is on the who trying to make bad things to everybody.
