not all ICOs are scam but most of them are scam. that is the reason why people don't believe in ICO anymore.

2. Try to check their LinkedIn profile though that does'nt matter because some fake LinkedIn profile.

Of course not all ICO are scam yet there are some instances that people will try to leverage on others investment that's why they use ICO to do so. It is only minimal to see scam ICO and of course those scams are the most promising among the list of ICO to lure investors to their platforms.
