Nope, I did receive such spams with an address that has never been posted anywhere and I don't faucets. So the spammers likely got their target addresses by monitoring activity on blockchain.

You are being spammed, just ignore
One secondary consequence if you have two many micro inputs is that your default tx fee may go up so keep an eye on that

If you have received a lot of spamming transactions, you could switch to bitcoin core, enable coin control and choose to not spend those dusts.

That is interesting.
Can it be done in Electrum?

Is anyone trying to hack my wallet?

Is i tpossible as of i knew that you need to give your address and code so that they can send you money..definitely hacking you account!!carefull in sign on in your account...but come to think of it..your a lucky one..receiving such amount...cheers!BTC
They can get your address from any search engines or blockchain. To be able to spend your coins, they need your private key which they will not know unless you tell them or you have malware on your computer. They only have your address.

But this looks like a negative promotion right now. It would be ok if they will be sending at least minimum tx fee (0.0001BTC).

As the saying goes, "There is no such thing as bad publicity". The site owner just want to draw the bitcoiners' attentions to his site with a very low cost.
