"Some one is sending me BTC 0.00000001 , Why?"

You got a secret admirer

Lol, I was honestly scared when I saw that transaction on every single of my addresses. Only if I had been a girl, he would have sent me 1 BTC instead.

Well after several days of this regular shit it SEEMS to have finally tapered off...

Maybe these guys figure after hitting the same wallet addresses six or seven times with no response, they should filter addresses that they've already hit to save the wasted satoshis, LOL

We'll see, I guess... of course now that I've written this it'll probably start up again  Roll Eyes

Not for me. I am still in the midst of the spam, getting 0.0001 a day usually. Undecided

You get 1 dust spam of 0.0001 a day? Well, it would still be economical to use them. Smiley
Or you get 1000 1-satoshi dusts?

As long as the accounts will not be hacked, I think it is just okay to received free satoshis and make the amount a little bit higher.  Cheesy

Yeah Stedsm... but how many 'hits' have you gotten from them on each address?

Curious to know if maybe after 6-7 or so total of .00000001 each, if it finally stops or Huh

I mean, you'd THINK that'd make sense, right?  Even for these spammer morons to not be TOO wasteful?  If they're sending out millions of these, after making a half dozen or so impressions with no "sale"... why keep trying?

Let's hope so, LOL.  I'll post back here again if the SAME addresses hit before get hit again anytime soon *but* hopefully they won't...

For those concerning about your wallet getting filled with dusts, you could use a wallet client with the coin control function and avoid using those uneconomical dust outputs.

To all those who want to have exactly even balances, please send your dust to my address:  1AV9Uq6oQKTjMurtZUx9aD3YveRapex2Lz

You don't have to include a transaction fee, I don't mind them sitting there if they don't confirm.

yes i also can, it's just promotion and it was rubbish. they should send the 0.001 BTC

There should be a "spam" place in the wallet, just like for emails, and spammy transactions would appear there all in one place.

There's an addon you can have that collects spam tx'es under 0.0003 or something then donates to seans outpost. I need to find it.

Some is sending me 0.00000001 BTC from 1LaEZpke8tv18YrsrVbg1ZDxkwAogM7AdU
https://blockchain.info/address/1LaEZpke8tv18YrsrVbg1ZDxkwAogM7AdU
Is anyone trying to hack my wallet?

The sender is "BtcSmart - Multiply your money". Spamming through blockchain. Bad way to promote their business.

The "BtcSmart" tag on the blockchain.info site has been removed.
Is it bc.i working to remove this kind of spamming advertisement?

That is why I think there should be a minimum for transactions being included in blocks.

1 satoshi is nothing and will just clutter the network.

There is already a dust output rule that transaction with output < 546 satoshi is considered non-standard and will not be relayed.
AFAIK, most of the pools won't include those transactions in their blocks.
