I Have tried to participate on hourly campaign on bitsler but they wont let me allow to join on their campaign as I am not playing on casino. WHy they wont let me join on hourly lottery as I am paying on sportsbook.

Because it is simply that the hourly lottery is a promotion for the casino games only. The entry is based on your rolled number while playing the casino games especially dice.

a few days back my friend took like 100 bucks and today he returned me in bitsler in xrp (approx 181 ripples). so when I try to withdraw them bitsler paused my withdrawal and asking me to pass KYC for 100 bucks and saying that they want to do KYC to ensure the account integrity and some bs. they could simply send an email to the registered mail address and confirm with me. no need to forcefully ask for KYC.
If you refer your friend then thats okay but if you operate multiple account or they suspect that you may operate duplicate account then they may ask to verify kyc as you referred for taking referral bonus. If they send email then that cant be verify that you are unique user. Because you may create and/or buy an unlimited email accounts.

Why you keep repeating the same thing while bitsler manually processed some of your withdrawals for suspicious activity? Lending activity is forbidden at most of the casino. Although you guys doing it as tip but you should made wager with your balance before making withdrawals. Maybe you haven't made any wager and requested for withdrawal after receiving the tip today, right? 181 XRP is 12 times more than the minimum withdrawal limit of Bitsler. Your friend should send the amount to your wallet from his wallet address, not at bitsler account.

The amount doesn't matter. Based on T&C, casino have the rights to ask for KYC if they find anything suspicious. Seems like you were aware about your mistakes and continuously ignored their warnings.
I have to say the number one tactic of any person who does anything against the rules is the fact that they are not "responsible" for anything they have done. It has always been like that forever, when someone does something that doesn't go on with the rules they end up saying that the rules are not fair or whatever and they always play the victim. That is definitely the first rule, they just play the victim and say that what they do is something normal and if the rules are against it then the rules are unfair.

Second stop is to bother people, how? They will write to bitcointalk topic, they will write under twitter tweets, they will write to instagram if there is one, they will keep pestering the casino and the users until they get what they want. These are the two steps that they take, and if they end up failing, then they give up, but it is always these two steps one way or another.

Let us not make a big deal out of this. Not forgetting to update the terms would have prevented these concerns and discussions but it's still a minor thing. Things like this happens to any big company or any reputable gambling platform.
I am saying exactly that, it is cheeky but it is valid for every single casino which is why it is not really that shocking. So that is why we end up with something that nobody really should be shocked with, because it is something that we all know all too very well. However just because every single casino does it doesn't make it a difference because any casino could come up with a prevention method and handle this a lot better.

Instead of taking the money from scammers which is justified because they tried to scam a casino and lost their money so I understand, you could still find a method to prevent people to even try to scam, that would be a better way to stop, less cheeky. However I agree 100% that this is a very minor thing and not important and all the casinos are doing it so what I am saying is not specific to bitsler at all and definitely about crypto casinos in general.

Honestly, i'm not trying to repeating it. my friend the guy who tipped me 180+ xrp didn't texted me anything and simply tipped me. if he made any prior message then i would have stopped there itself. i don't understand the wager rule. imagine someone won something heavy amount and he tipped the players then players should be able to withdraw the coins without forcefully making them to wager. never heard this wager rule anywhere. this is the first casino so far.

don't know where to start this...

months back I have referred one of my friends to bitsler and I promised him to pay 50% of the commission whatever I receive (which is acceptable as per bitlser). and also my friend used to take small amounts of coins from me and returning them from time to time.

regarding these tips, bitsler found them as something suspicious and they paused/put my withdrawals pending state like 4-5 times.

there was a time when my friend tipped me some coins and when I tried to withdraw them bitsler paused and they said like I need to wager half of the amount whatever the tip I received. so I did that and they processed my withdrawal.

a few days back my friend took like 100 bucks and today he returned me in bitsler in xrp (approx 181 ripples). so when I try to withdraw them bitsler paused my withdrawal and asking me to pass KYC for 100 bucks and saying that they want to do KYC to ensure the account integrity and some bs. they could simply send an email to the registered mail address and confirm with me. no need to forcefully ask for KYC.

**not sure, why I need to give my identity document just to withdraw 100 bucks** again I know they gonna say it is there in tos etc.
This is very interesting. You are being given some kind of consideration already. Normally if Bitsler suspect your account to be doing something that their System determined to be doing something suspicious, they ask you to at least wager at least 1x. and/or submit kyc

And I found this on their terms of service:

Quote
14.7. We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least one time the deposit amount if we suspect the player is using our service as a mixer. It is strictly forbidden to use our service for any other purpose than entertainment.

On the bright side, you learned something new.

again, i'm requesting barron to check into my issue and process this withdraw. i'm not intrested in processing kyc for a 100 bucks withdraw. from the next time me and my friend will not repeat this again.  this time my friend didn't send me any prior message and he tipped me and asked me to check the account.

dear Barron! I'm requesting you to process my withdraw for this time and yeah I'm not going to use the bitsler account anymore and I'm going to ask my friend to leave bitlser as well and do business elsewhere. I cannot simply sit and contact support for every withdraw.

thanks.

I am aware of what the information page says, but it's either incorrect/outdated or the same number of claims don't apply to all account levels. I created a throw-away account on Bitsler to check certain things in the past, so my account is of the lowest level possible. I didn't claim any coins before writing the previous post and I didn't claim any today, but still I only have 20 claims left. Let's see if someone from the Bitsler team offers some better insight.

Indeed the number of claims for players with no level and Iron 1&2 players has been updated, but we forgot to update the rule on the site.

We will update it asap to :
Players with no level can claim 20 times every day. Iron 1 and 2 players can claim 25 times every day. Players from all other levels can claim 50 times every day.

Thanks for pointing this out!

Cheers,
Gabriel
It is very disappointed that you have lowered the number of claim but you have not updated that on your site. It is very unprofessional happenings and we never hope anything like this from a reputed gambling sites like bitsler.

Any casinos may make mistakes or forget about something but as long as they are aware, admit it and willing to fix it then it is professional behavior. In this case, it is not a big mistake and do not really affect user's balance as it is just about faucet information that is not being updated after the change. Reputable gambling sites does not mean that they will not make any mistakes.

OK, good to know. Thanks for clarifying. I will link to your post in my thread as explanation why all accounts don't have the same number of claims.

Personally, I don't consider it such a big issue. They could have done better regarding the information the site displays, but it's not something worth getting upset about.

I am pretty sure that it is hard to "prevent" bot but it is easier to punish bot. How? Well, you can't check every single person who wagers, which is an impossible task because it is highly unlikely that you will face any problems in that many bets, you will see only a few, which should be bots, why check one in a million when you can check one in 50k? So that means you check after people win, and after they win you don't check all of it, which drops the number even more, you only check the ones that do not have KYC that do not have any patterns before and so forth.

That leaves only the people that ended up winning and also looking shady, and that is the only thing that really matters. Which is why I personally believe that we should be understanding towards the casinos who take the bets of bots, but also bans them after they win, it is easier that way (and profitable too).
That's a bit cheeky though isn't it? I am not saying it is wrong, it is obviously not wrong because that is the correct method that almost every casino uses. So how can you really blame bitsler for something that every single other casino does? That is why I am not saying it is a wrong thing to do by bitsler. However even though all casinos do it, that is still a bit cheeky isn't it?

It is basically something that bitsler and all other casinos does but at the same time it should not be that way, there should be "prevention" before it even happens. Think about it, you let the shady people gamble, if they lose then you get to keep their money, and if they win then you say they tried to scam and they end up still keeping the casino as well. So long story short casinos get to keep all those scammers money anyway, instead of preventing and that is a bit cheeky, still quite fair grounds though.

Last night Very Recently, I was able to get to the BTSLR Challenge leaderboard, as I was not very mindful of the time but I was really trying to win the first place.

I have a question for the Bitsler admins.

When I log in to my Bitsler account, it shows that I can make 20 faucet claims per day. But the Bitsler coin information page states that accounts of all levels can claim coins up to 50 times per day. I was wondering which of these two numbers is the correct one? Is the info page outdated or have you changed it so that all players can't make 50 claims/day?
According to the information of bitsler coin provided by bitsler all users can claim upto fifty times per day. For rank coins amount per claim can be vary but not the number of claim. If you really have 20 claims within within 24 hours according to forum time then there is something wrong. You may face this issue for claiming 30 claims within first 12 hours. If you used 30 claims within first  12 hours then you will have 20 claims left for rest of the 12 hours.

I've told Marilyn from Live Support about this inquiry so that admins can be notified.

If you would take an opinion from a player like me:
I believe 20 claims are available for players that are new or whose level falls below the minimum requirement to participate in the BTSLR contest, Which is at least bronze 1.
Not 100% sure though.
