I like this idea so to have something more to play for other then getting stressed about the over all leaderboard on the sportsbet.io website. We will just need to organize it and maybe have it ready for the next one, not the one for this week.

That's a great idea. I am fine with any prize though but having some Arsenal shirts or Southampton shirts or maybe Watford would be lovely.

This is also a great idea because shirts are always nice and the Southampton shirts are really nice, I don't know if it's because they are so close to the top of the table or not. But they are looking extra shiny these days. Grin

Will see what steve thinks about all these suggestions with the upcoming Multimasters for the Year of the Bull(market) we are all in for crypto! Wink

Honestly, I didn't had much guts to put so much selections in my betslip before MM but after participating in MM for a year I guess or maybe a little more, I am loving it. It feels like yeah I might have chance to hit it someday.

I think most of members will not like this concept like buying or spending money but still if someone want he can go ahead with this all but for me currently its going good without any issue and for winning prize just place a bet on sportsbet.io is also ok many members like me here just doing this all for fun and enjoyment are happy right now.

I'm okay with the fresh start so that all of us will be at equal footing in terms of the average and count me in for the contest idea I really enjoyed the side competitions you guys put up last time.

After looking at the schedule I have a feeling that the Arsenal game might be selected as the early game for the multi master but I hope not because I really think Arsenal takes it.

Another MM attempt went to waste. Just checked my track record and it's as bad as it gets. I need to start working on getting more predictions right. My only problem is that we keep getting more upsets every now and then. Flamengo, Bayern and a mistake I did for Atalanta game. Well, I just have to keep playing. I have a feeling that I would hit home a prize soon. Just need to keep trying. Now looking forward to the round. Thanks @tyKiwanuka for always taking time out to keep everything organized.

Even if they don't, we'd still be playing for something besides the overall fame - which is a bit of a stretch already to compete against for anybody who's new. Refreshing it here and there while keeping the all-time Hall of Fame table seems like the better thing IMO, it will probably spice things up a bit every now and then.

I sort of expect Sportsbet to continue with MM competition indefinitely. I guess they manage to collect some money from our 0.1mBTC stakes and now they halved the prizes which suggests long term feasibility.

I am all for long term competition, we can wait to see if Steve can secure some more prize money for us but even if he does not I vote that we organize something ourselves. We can make it as pay per enter competition or maybe few of us can donate some satoshis to the cause. Sort of like some of you already did.

So sad to see myself lying in 11th place with the main leaderboard, but happy for the fame points;) We all failed on the last pick as Flamengo had the huge upset,,, but I guess it was such a huge risk to pick Ceara, and then we would have ended up sharing 1st spot with 4 other people anyway.

Seems like this was one of the toughest weeks with only 9?

Do you plan a reset of the table soon?

I kinda expected you'd have a restart in 2021 and hoped to hop on board, I like these kind of forum - type competitions - especially with such detailed statistics.

I know I can join now, but I was just wondering if you planned a restart at any point?

Last two or three Flamengo wins really makes most of us think that this time Flamengo will win again.

This won't be enough for a prize for our 3 leaders unfortunately, but you will get 33.33 fame points each of course^^

If we assume Atletico and Southampton would have won their matches, our average would have been 7.95 which is quite good then. A special mention goes out to @buwaytress who opposed Flamengo, would have been fun, if you won the MM with going against Flamengo in last game Grin

The good news is: Flamengo doesn't play next weekend.

All-time stats:

Trofo takes his sixth win overall and moves up to #2 in fame points after a drought of 13 weeks.
entebah scores his first win after 5 participations in total and with an average of 8.2 over these.

Our host rdbase had a new worst performance this week, although this should be with an asterisk due to the two postponed games Wink

buwaytress is waiting to add to his fame points since September 5th 2020, which is the longest streak currently.

Every time when we are going on very heavily with Flamengo they are giving us shock match just end with 0 - 2 for away win just @buwaytress is going to take point all others with zero mean very bad end of this MM for again after winning in last round.

Actually 11 people have 6 correct picks now after the leaderboard was updated. So with the remaining 5 matches to go, few people could have hit 11 and share the prizes or there will be gazillion of people that ended up with 10 correct picks and share the 150mbtc. It still is a good amount even if 30 people ended up sharing this for 5mbtc each ($197)

tyKiwanuka, thanks for keeping track and presenting the info in such a lovely table! I'm glad to see myself in the top, but of course with 5 games to go and 10 people having 5 correct picks at this point, the chances of getting to the final selection of top guessers are slim, and the situation can still change a lot even for those who didn't get 5 picks yet.
buwaytress, some of us hypothetically can get 10/13, of course, but given how 5/8 is the top result now (excluding the 2 postponed games), I don't think the highest number of correct picks will be above 8 this time.
